Hot water system failed Friday morning, repair was done by that afternoon at 3pm. This is what I call a quick response, and the service was very professional, thanks very much.

We paid a standard fee of about $200 for a visit and quote on a replacement 50 litre electrical water heater. We later discovered that the price quoted was about double that offered by competitors (including installation) for a similar, if not identical, unit.

Had a job done under warranty from Rheem and this company as certified Rheem repairers are the best. Their communication, responsiveness and total professional installation is refreshing. Perth needs more companies like Link

SMS with expected arrival time was accurate. Plumber was near and tidy and kept me informed about the job. Returned with part promptly and ensured working before leaving. Would recommend.

Prompt doesn't even cover it. I called and the plumber was at my house in less than half an hour and had replaced the water heater in under 3 hours from that initial call. Very friendly, professional and helpful.

We lost hot water in the morning, they came out that afternoon. The unit was 1 day within warranty. We had a new unit fitted the next business day. Incredibly professional and responsive.
