They gloat about ripping off tenants in emails and boast about milking as much money out of people as possible with unethical practices. They don’t think of tenants as human beings who need an affordable roof over their head.

They value money above people's right to safe & affordable housing. It's grotesque.

A property agent is completely reliant on the property. We rented a property from limnios and initially had the pleasure of dealing with Lara. Extremely professional, easy to communicate with and a great person to rent from. Once Lara left the service became worse than useless with three further property managers responding to our queries but failing to deal with any issues. By the time we left the property there was a list of defects that were not repaired and they then attempted (unsuccessfully) to deduct these from our bond. I would never rent from limnios again, or have any property dealings through them. A very disappointing firm.
