I’m so very grateful for the reception staff, Dr Sohoni and the dental nurse who’s name I didn’t catch. I had a filling fall out hours before a flight to catch on a weekend and was fit in promptly. The appointment was on time, everything explained well, and ran smoothly. X-rays and information was sent back to my regular dentist too. I couldn’t fault anything.

This practice is amazing, my mom had an emergency and as she had travel insurance and did not speak English, they found a nurse that spoke Spanish and organised everything with the international travel insurance. Thank you team, we will always go back there.

Recently was seen by Theresa where she was most gentle in my hour of need. Lovely quick reception service too as I didn't know how to use my private cover properly. Definately will be coming back again.

I finished my work early as I made appointment at 2. I even came in 10 mins early. But I have to wait for nearly 40 mins for my booking. Why do I bother to book if I have to wait 40 mins. The receptionist didn’t even bother to checked with dentist when they see someone wait for nearly 30 mins.

When I book this appointment, I have stated I am existing patient. They just texted me to pay deposit as I am not existing patient as they “checked”. Do they just assume people lie?

They called me three times when I was busy at work. Then when I finally called them back, they just said “ oh, yes, we have found your profile. ” Just waste my time.

Used to love coming here for very professional/ efficient service.unfortunately todays upstairs receptionists were too busy giggling and sitting on their phones to work - delaying my details collection and therefore my appointment by 20+ minutes. Don’t like my time being wasted by giggling school girls and general bad practice.

Well on hold for 1hr cut off ten times in that time, from caller one out to caller 3 five times, redial caller one in cue, then on hold for ten minutes cut off again, with 22 receptionists Yu would think that someone would help you? Very disappointing

Dr. Zahraa Shaker is really amazing. She keep communicating and explaining what she is doing and make us feel comfortable. She is doing so well with her assistant Olivia. Thanks to both of you

Unfortunately I had a very traumatic wisdom tooth extraction experience with Dr. Laith. Zero people skills, didn't even say hello upon arrival. Just rushed me into the seat. My regular dentist is so warm and tries to minimise any discomfort so this was the opposite experience and it was simply awful! I was almost in tears on the seat.

Dr Su Lin and her team have produced
a fabulous outcome of my front set of crowns, as well as all the work she and her team have done to my teeth to date. Truly amazing work.
I am very impressed with her professionalism in all aspects of her work while working on my teeth and her knowledge in dentistry. The way she communicates with her staff is exemplary. I am blessed to have Dr Su Lin as my dentist.

Amazing service friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Don’t over charge and make sure there are different options available. Been attending for 5 years and won’t go anywhere else. Always make me feel cared for, have never shamed me over my teeth when I sometimes felt it (due to a endocrine disorder) and make sure I always feel cared for. As someone who is disabled they also make sure I am not in pain and move rooms to accomodate wheelchairs etc.amazing people

My worst dentist visit experience ever. I booked 1 hour appointment for 1 tooth filling replacement and scaling but only managed to do the filling within that 1 hour on top of other technical issues. Everything seems to be done in a rush. The Dr explained about the things she did only after when she was done instead of asking my opinion before she started. Paid $180 gap for only 1 filling and for the Dr to make the sensitivity pain worsen. Thank you.
