Life Support Counselling Lillian Clements

I had quite a lot of sessions with Lilian over the past number of years. No sessions are the same, some can be painful while others can be overwhelming. I take away what has been discussed and try to understand and put it into practice. I failed sometimes and the road to recovery was never easy. Honestly, I have come a long way to understand myself and the trauma that I have “swept under the carpets. ” Lillian had always made herself available to me when I needed her. Her caring, empathetic and honest but firm nature has made her uniquely special. I can go on talking about this wonderful counsellor who has helped me in more ways and I am forever grateful. Thank you, Lillian.

Had some sessions with Lillian to help with some issues dating back a long time. She led me to a greater understanding of myself and my issues and has helped me move forward in a very positive way, So glad I chose her. Highly recommended. Thanks so much Lillian.

Absolutely awful experience. I have never felt so judged in my life or to blame for everything that has happened - including when I was a child. Even in the first 5 minutes of me talking to Lillian I could tell that she was judging me. I have never left a therapy session feeling so much worse than before I went in. When I have tried to cancel my next appointment with her she didn't even have the decency to confirm that she got my messages.

After the suicide of my best friend I experienced some issues with anger and I came to see Lillian, after a slow start, which is to be expected in any kind of counselling as the counsellor listens analyses and thinks what is the best help and advice to offer, my third session with Lillian was lifechanging and transcedent of pain and trauma. I never thought that so much could be resolved within the space of three appointments. A remarkable woman working in her field.

Lillian was amazing and provided excellent service. She helped me understand myself better, and how to understand and interpret our emotions and simplify the issues that I was facing. I took six sessions from her and with every session I came out with better clarity of thoughts and emotions.

I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for support in any area of their life.

Lillian acted as mediator for a dispute. My experience with Lillian has been terrible. I felt that Lillian failed to create a safe environment, placed considerable pressure on me to resolve issues according to her agenda, and attempted to manipulate me to accept her view. Also, Lillian completely forgot a booked session and failed to show up.
