My experience with Life Ready Yokine was excellent. Kat Robert, the Physiotherapist was very helpful and I am feeling much better just after two physio sessions.

I have been having remedial massage with Mark and he is fantastic at what he does. Very attentive to your problem areas and works in accordance with what you are comfortable with. He takes the time to supply you with stretches and extra information to take away that can help to work further on those targets areas when at home. All staff here are lovely and accomodating, and I look forward to my future sessions! Thank you!

Shane Scott is a master manipulator and a pre-eminant puzzle solver, displaying skills so omnipresent, I am surprised he hasn't been seconded away by an elite sporting organization already (obviously not the Blues).
His exercise diagrams are stuff of legend, creating both wonder, and delight in seeing the page spring to life with a mere swipe of a ball point pen!
Claudia, (a Shane Padawan), seems to be capable of the IMPOSSIBLE. A real dream weaver who is currently breathing new life into a formerly retired Rotator Cuff, and springiness to a long forgotten Soleus muscle - Pure sorcery I tell you!
Did I mention how easy it is to book an appointment on their insanely easy to use online booking system OMG!
