Life Ready Physio & Pilates Midland

After seeing Val for a few sessions she suggested I do supervised pilates at Life Ready Physio. More than a year on attending once a week i still love it and the staff are fabulous.

Simon is who I see and his work is always incredible, he is super friendly and you can tell he is super passionate. I have had other physio's while Simmo has been fully booked or away, and I have never been disappointed.

I see Valerie for lymphatic massage and treatment after breast cancer surgery a year ago. She is very informative.

Simon has helped my entire family since 2014. My son has had various sports injuries that could have ruined his life but Simon guided him through recovery each time from Year 7. Now my son is at university and still actively involved in footy, rugby, basketball, tennis etc. His recommended exercises and dry needling are really targetted. He works in a way that he would let you know if you needed to see a doctor or another allied health professional to find a cure for the problem. We have seen him so often that he has become like a family friend and I think that bond and trust in his professional expertise is what will make him our lifelong physiotherapist. Simon we cannot thank you enough and I am so grateful for everything you have done for our family.

I have been a cliet for a few years now for different injuries & always have had a positive result. Currently I am seeing Jessica Glover for physio & pilates, Jess is always positive & a real boost to my mood, she is encouraging and knowledgable, she understands my age & body and what I can & more importantly what I can't do. For me this will be a very long term partnership & I would highly recommend Jess as a Great Physio.

Highly reccomend this physio. I've seen Simon Carbone for around 2 and a half years now, and he's nothing short of exceptional. Previously I'd seen 6 other physio for similar injuries Simon has helped me with and no one came close to the result I've been able to achieve with his guidance. He goes above and beyond to make sure your exercises are getting you towards where you want to be.

I cannot recommend Life Ready Physio highly enough. Simon Carbone has gone above and beyond to help me get better and back to normal after a work place injury. From dealing with a less than helpful insurance company to visiting my gym to find out the kind of rehab I would need to be able to get back to where I wanted to be before the injury. He is amazing! Friendly place, Wonderful Physio's! Best Energy! Simon is very knowledgeable and respected Physio! The girls at the front desk are awesome! Simon was my Physio for a few weeks and helped me so much with my neck issues, now I am continuing on with the Clinical Pilates program. Simon is now seeing my son tomorrow - so that says it all. Unbelievable clinic, highly recommended. After years of having shoulder troubles and seeing a number of different physios who just didn't seem to have the knowledge or the care to diagnose my issues. I went and saw simon who's passion towards helping me was something else. He clearly loves his line of work, has immense knowledge of the functionality of the human body and thrives on helping all clients who enter his clinic. In the end I am free from the shoulder pain that crippled me for over 8 years and am able to do the things I couldn't before

Good facilities, never rushed. Take the whole body into consideration when treating a problem and tailor flexible exercise programs to suit your individual needs and wants. I saw Simon 5 stars.
