I've been going to Life Ready for years for physio when I've had injuries, and have seen a couple different physiotherapists depending on how who's available, and they have all been very professional and helpful. Through them, I've been able to recover and improve back and leg injuries, and am able to keep working in my warehouse jobs.

I was able to book an appointment on a day and time which suited me. At my appointment, evev=n though my physio Tahlia was unable to perform acupuncture herself, she was able to get one of her colleagues to perform the dry needling in her place for the first 10 minutes. Afterwards, Tahlia gave a thoroughly remedial massage in all the right areas along my shoulder rotator cuffs. Plus she gave me some exercises to go home and perform myself for ongoing management.

LRP made me feel like a welcomed and cared for individual and I walked out feeling satisfied

Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. I Saw Shivani Shah for lower back issues; she has great insight into a range of strength and recovery techniques with immersive and progressive rehab and strength programs. She is personable, has a very positive outlook and doesn't cut any corners. Highly recommend.
