Libido Adult Super Store

The staff at Libido are truly amazing. Not only did they make me feel super comfortable and relaxed when asking what I felt were awkward questions. They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The store is very bright and retail not like the seedy stores I've been in before. I highly recommend making this your first stop when making an adult purchase.

Staff in-store were very nice, helpful and polite.

However, I tried to return a faulty product the day after I bought it and the staff had to call the owner/manager for approval for a refund rather than store credit.

I thought it would be a trivial endeavour as during my attempts to fix the problem myself I found countless complaints online about how the product is fundamentally flawed and people should avoid buying it.

The owner/manager attempted to delay my request until he was back in Perth so I could prove to him the product was faulty (because telling the staff in the store at the time wasn't good enough?).

When I told him over the phone in response to his offer to just wait "I'm not happy with that", he responded with "They never are. Are they? " followed by silence. Upon the phone being returned to the staff, some comment was made by the owner/manager that elicited a nervous laugh from the staff helping me and finally a refund was offered.

Why am I getting back-chat and sass from someone over the phone because I dared to exercise my rights under Australian Consumer Law?

Great shop with a large range of products, and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and approachable!
