Levi's Outlet Store - Perth Watertown

Massive shoutout to Elloise! She made my shopping experience for my mum and I a breeze. I hate jeans shopping but she really went above and beyond to help me find a pair as well as tailor. Thank you again for establishing that amazing retail customer service isn’t completely dead

Arrived at the store and a sales assistant was at the entrance arranging merchandise (guy with long hair tied up) No greetings for us but a couple right behind us got an ecstatic HI HOW ARE YOU? Carried on looking for what I was after anyway but didnt see much choice. No assistance from employees either, they're just walking around looking like zombies. No one working the changing rooms as well. Store has potential to operate with no employees. Went past the shop again today and saw that it was closed due to "technical issues".

It's got best range of Levi jeans in the city and at less than half the price of the big stores and staff were very helpful.

The shame about outlet stores is the limited sizes they have on offer. I would have spent much more had they stocked my size.

Just paid a visit to the Levi’s Watertown store and the service was absolutely shocking.
Absolutely no regard for customers WHATSOEVER and so rude.
My friend picked up one pair of jeans and had it snatched out of her hand by staff member. Could not believe it. Picked up same pair that was underneath since it was snatched out of her hand and went to the change room to try them on. Once we walked out of change room area female staff member rudely asked “where are your jeans? ” To which I replied on the change room rack?

I then went to pick up another pair of jeans to which she rudely said “what size? ” in a very annoyed tone.

Would not recommend a visit to this store at all. DFO staff member MUCH friendlier. So disappointing. Never shopping here again.

Shopped around Perth for some Levi's and was able to locate what I wanted here. Nice staff who were helpful.

Wide range of quality products. Excellent customer care service. Ash and Dillan are very helpful and patient to listen to the customers. Very happy to recommend the store.

I usually hate jeans shopping but the staff at the Levis outlet store were an absolute joy to deal with. They knew their stuff, listened to what I liked and couldn't be more helpful if they tried. They really made the experience a pleasure. Will definitely be going back.

Good price when jeans are discounted. I hope there should be a link or page to follow for any new products, discounts.

The storemanager along with the other staff were not helpful at all.
I had bought 2 jeans and found while wearing at home that the jeans is a bit tight so I came to return to the store within 4 days of shopping. The manager denied to exchange just because 1 tag was removed which is weird and unacceptable. There are many other store which do accept and exchange the clothes even with no tag at all.
Such a horrible experience.

Thanks for the lady who helped me to find my size of the sherpa jacket and showed me the jeans that fit me. Absolutely impressed by the service!

Ridiculous only have 32/34 in the jeans I was after from an outlet, and they had 50 of them, its a joke.

Only been once. Good experience in this shop. Staff very helpful and didn't stuff around. Got a great price on jeans and plenty in stock the day I went in.

Nice staff but the quality of the 502 jeans i paid $70 for (40% off sale) is really bad,
The denim is thinner than t-shirt material.
20+ years wearing Levi's and only now i have to check the quality and fitment before buying.
Bali ripoffs are better quality IMO.

Not recommended. This store accepts returns but there is no refund.you will get your money on a gift card and have to spend within a year in one of Levi's stores. Not sure why they are punishing me for deciding to return there goods. I found better variety and lower prices in other departmental stores in the town and they have a better return policy.

Some of the best customer service I've experienced by 3 different staff members in the shop. Very friendly and helpful.

I was helped by Francis in store and she was absolutely incredible. She was extremely helpful, very upbeat and positive and overall I ended up with a pair of jeans that I love and have lasted for ages.

When I entered the store, I asked her for assistance as I was unsure of what I may want, and within seconds she had looked at what I what I was wearing and begun recommending jeans that she felt I would enjoy.with remarkable accuracy! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this store, and the other employees I came across were also delightful. 10/10 would recommend going there if you are looking for good quality jeans at a reasonable price!
