Levi's Outlet Store - Perth DFO

I got the low pitch boot jeans and it was so nice, recommended by tia and she was so helpful and gave great customer service and advice.

This store does get some quality clothes at very reasonable prices but what makes it special is the staff members who work there. They are professional and ethical and do their best to give individual attention despite even when the store gets busy.
I would like to thank John for his impeccable taste in denim and doing his best to help me find timeless pieces, Luca for his patience and outstanding customer service, and Kayla for going through many boxes of clothes to find me the perfect pair of vintage jeans in my size. These three are an asset to the company and I see them going places in the future. Can't wait to shop there next.

There was a lovely staff member who was attentive, kind and understanding of my plight to buy a pair of jeans that were the right size. She had just come back from holidays and has a mother who also doesn’t like torn jeans like my mom despises them. I hope you can thank her for me because I finally have a pair of jeans I love. I work in hospitality and really appreciate good customer service. I have been to the Watertown and DFO outlets multiple times and each time I am absolutely blown away by the positivity and enthusiasm displayed by all the staff at either store. I wasn’t buying much today, but Lukah he the time and enthusiasm to help me as if I was making a thousand dollar purchase all the while taking care of other customers in the store. All the other employees looked equally positive and enthusiastic. The industries of hospitality and retail are typically struggling for good staff, but the Levi’s stores are truly exemplary and are setting a prime example of what customer service should be. Thanks for the stellar job guys!

I went here today in their last hour of service and the girl working there was Veronica, she was very lovely in understanding what i was looking for, did not fail to show me all her attention. She has amazing knowledge on denim! Best customer service ever:)

Poor store. I will went to buy denim jacket.but staff told me they don't have any demin jackets. Levis is famous for denim but don't have it in there major outlets.what a joke

I came into the store the other day and was served by a nice young guy, receipt says Lukah. Ive never really liked jeans except for a great pair I got about 11 years ago. Sadly they became way to worn out and my wife said it was time to replace them. I couldnt find anything that was comfortable and went through so many pant stores with her. No one could help at just jeans, but here he made sure he got my size and type right in the trying room, really cared about it actually. The jeans he gave me are all I wanted, good strong denim and they make me look/ feel young. Hopefully this will last me another 10 years, and I got a black pair to with the sale on. Thank you to Levis, great customer service.

Required a couple of new pairs of jeans and checking out the black Friday sales. Was greeted in a busy store the gentleman who helped was amazing even though busy with people he followed up and made sure I got the best deal for my size.

The staff here go above and beyond for their customers. My fiancé is a leg amputee who finds it hard to find pants to fit over his prosthetic leg, but the team here worked super hard to find a fit, colour and size to suit him. Super impressed.

Earlier that day I was rudely told by a department store clerk that Levi’s didn’t make jeans for people my size (16). Although I felt embarrassed and deflated I decided to give the DFO store a go in hopes of more sizing options and better customer service, I love The brand and didn’t want that encounter to ruin it for me.whilst there Jess not only made me feel comfortable and cared for she made me feel like a human, I soon forgot about my insecurities and really enjoyed the process.

Jess went above and beyond to help me find the right fit and style to suit me. I not only left with a pair of jeans I absolutely love and a wish list the length of my arm, I left feeling absolutely amazing! The care, respect and time she put into me vs the woman earlier that day blew me away!

Shopping as a bigger girl isn’t always fun, so I cannot thank Jess enough for making me feel like I was more then just a size and making the experience really enjoyable. ️

Keep an eye on the sale items, cause they might charge you the full price like they did with me. And bad customer service.
