Great location with parking bays, Interior is good as well and the roof top sitting is a stunning addition which can do with some work on curtailing the sunlight whose intensity takes away from the enjoyment that could be had.

Waiting time is moderate but the food deserve some improvement. Pricing is average, not unaffordable but not value for money either.

Staff feign some courteous was but didn't appear skin deep.

Pricey for how much we got, good service but we were first here and waited a while for food, food average

We had a beautiful birthday dinner. The food was great, the waitstaff efficient & friendly. We ate at the rooftop area & were finished just as it was getting busy. Would definitely recommend.

Was looking forward to dinner with my husband. I ordered a glass of wine with my meal. When it came the glass had someone else’s lipstick clearly on the glass. I then ordered a coke but received another glass of wine. My fish - (5 pieces) don’t know why so much was meant to have tartare sauce. I asked for some as it was not with the meal, it never arrived. Big disappointment and was still charged full price. Big let down.

The beer battered snapper excellent. Mild batter where you at least have more fish not like other places that have overdosed crispy batter. Chips beautiful. Only sad part for me was the salad which could have had and. Looking forward to going back and try the parmy.

The worst service I have experienced in WA. Started good and declined as the evening progressed. We were not drinking copious quantities of alcohol and even if we wished to, we had to almost beg the attention of the wait staff. Final straw, 1 dessert never delivered but was charged on our bill. Will NEVER go back.

Wonderful experience food was affordable and absolutely fantastic the staff looked after us we'll and even did a special thing for my grandmother's birthday, will be returning again.

It's great what they have done with the place. I'm a bit annoyed that a for a new place like this there is NO vegan food on the menu.
Update - been here multiple times now there are 2 vegan mains on the menu but I've only tried 1 as they never seem to have the other available. This makes no sense as all the ingredients are readily available and used in other dishes on the menu.

I ordered a vodka lime and soda. The girl behind the bar went to pour lemonade in the drink, I said sorry I don’t want lemonade. Vodka lime and soda. She rolled her eyes and poured bitters into the drink and mumbled something. The beer is flat. Staff were very rude and can’t make such a simple drink as vodka lime and soda.

Good atmosphere but we did find part of their plastic containers in our pizza and all they did was just acknowledge it was from their containers. Wasn't too happy with that

My meal was chucked on my plate and tasted yuk. My mothers meal smelt off and she was very sick that night.

Had the pork belly which was a nice meal, however I feel its well overpriced for what it was. They should also consider replacing the cracked Tv considering the prices charged.

This place seems so promising but we were in for a disappointment.

Our host greeted us at the door, escorted us to our table and then proceeded to tell us we could have separate bills and they could still deliver our meals together and explained how that would work.

Some of us ordered early; other ordered later.
The later orders came out - entrees quickly followed by mains - oops.
Then the other mains came out.but where's ours?

After a short while we chased them us - ours had been forgotten: (but they'll sort it now.

By the time the entre arrived we weren't that hungry so cancelled our main - shame, really because the arancini balls were very good.

Other issues were the state of the TV by our table (see photo) - would be better to have been turned off, and apparently there was no toilet paper in the ladies at just 7.30pm.

Little things but sadly they soured our night out

The new manager on today at lunch time was a refreshing delight to a previous disappointing experience. The thai beef salad was delicious.
We will be coming back

Drinks and atmosphere was good, food was very average in tast and flavour for the price was very disappointing

Extremely overpriced food, especially the Entree Salmon Plate - three small slices of salmon, 3 cashews, 2 cucumber ribbons on a plate of mayo! It didn't get much better, pasta/prawn main & cookies & cream cheesecake had absolutely no flavour or taste! The Cocktail was the only thing that had taste!

Service was non existent & had to wait until the waitress was finished with flirting with boyfriend/man? !? I personally would never recommend this place & won't be back!

Went in the early evening/late afternoon. Food was fast given that there was not many people yet.

Awesome food, helpful and friendly staff. No complaints at all. Tequila sorbet oysters are a winner, good size tables too so your not having to plate shuffle.

If you want a laugh read “ Brendan Jacy Baelee Grant” total karen post. Vegans stop ordering meat lookalike food. Problem solved. 8pm toddler dinner too……

Amazing amazing amazing! The chef Himself took our order and what a delicious order. I got a steak sandwich and you can tell a good steak sandwich by when you bite into it if you take half the steak with you it's not that great if you don't it's great. It wasn't great it was amazing especially the bacon and then you had the steak which was perfectly juicy and tender and you weren't pulling half of it out when you bit into it. Everyone else enjoyed their meals as well and I think this is a great place they always so welcoming and friendly and always go out of their way to help my elderly grandparents as they are not as mobile that used to be. Recommend this place for everyone

We found Lemas Rooftop bar to be absolutely fabulous, we went for a function and the food was amazing! The staff were very attentive and efficient, excellent in fact.
Only drawback was no bathroom upstairs and perhaps no lift for people with mobility challenges.
Highly recommend.
