Limited stock and range and don't dare try and purchase something staff will do everything else possible rather then serve you at the registers and take your money.gave up waiting and left lego-less.staff need better training in customer service.

Took my daughter to a make'n'take workshop (we managed to get tickets), but were turned away as she is still a bit short of their nominal minimum 6 year age. Fair enough, it's their rule.but if this is the right thing to do to a kid in a toy store a week before Christmas.very disappointing experience, to put it mildly.

Found the same set at half price in Big W! No returns.unbelievable, still in the Lego bag and box not 30 minutes later.

Save your money and either shop online or look at the other big stores.

First time visiting this store. Was surprised at the size of the store, it was a lot smaller than what I had imagined. Plenty of staff available if you were needing help in any way. Customer service was very professional and friendly. Ordered online and collected from store. Everything ran very smoothly. Would not hesitate in purchasing from this store again.

When it opened I went In and bought the Blacksmith LEGO set, the staff were friendly and super helpful.

I might be biased but great to have a Lego store here in WA. Fun to have a browse and couple of areas for you to make some things. Staff were friendly and helpful.

When you get told yes have a storm trooper on hold for someone go to pick up and sorry someone else sold it very upsetting that’s LEGO STORE IN GARDEN CITY

If you're looking to buy specific pieces for most builds or general sets this is the place. Bonus points would go through the roof with service providing a number to call for very specific parts.

Such a fun place to go to get inspiration, be wowed and just feel happy. The store was well looked after and everything was in its correct place, helping customers find things easily. I only wish the pick-a-part section was more extensive. Love going in the Lego store.

Great place for the kids to play and create their own people. Prices are a bit expensive but it is lego.

Fabulous store for Lego lovers of all ages. Inspiring displays and a wide range of stock with lots of kits plus loose pieces. Good customer service too.

My kids and husband had a lovely experience building their own minifigs! Very nice clean store.

Nice place, nice staff, but due to excessive lighting, extremely hot in there, specially for staff. I feel sorry for them.
Most of the time extremely busy.
Go early.

Great store with a large selection of sets. Could really do with one in the south as well. Only downside is not being able to use my Lego VIP points/discounts at the store.

If you would like the option to return something dont go here, turned me off shopping here!
We love our lego! But an hour after buying and realising it would be too difficult to ship as a gift they wouldn't refund only offer store credit.
This day and age you should have a time frame to be able to return something!

Went in to look around and great place some of the Lego is great better than when I was a kid
