Very good at work. Ladies at the shop are supportive. They hear the problem and get it resolved. Technician is available only on Monday/Tuesday and you drop the baggage and collect after repair.

Just went in to see the prices b4 the boxing day specials, so when they say big savings I'll no how big my savings really are. Do Ur research b4 boxing day people as it will b just like black Friday specials, not on special at all, but normal prices

Called in with a query and was cut off before I could finish what I was saying. Woman that answered the phone was so rude to me, won't be coming in for anything.

I needed a new suitcase delivered to the hotel of my girlfriend who's bag broke in transit, the team at Leather and luggage were so helpful in getting this to her, I was able to organise everything while I was at home in Sydney and they even walked the package out to the uber for me!

due to the short window we needed to make this happen fast as the Perth stop was a short layover.the team were very helpful and accomodating

T-1 week before a travel venture and I decided to buy the Pacsafe Vibe 150 secure sling bag after reading about the extent of pick pockets in many touristy venues in Europe. My local version of "Leather and Luggage" were out of stock including all Melbourne shops. The only online site that had it appeared to be Leather and Luggage out of Perth. Alison and team were super responsive to my email and even held it while sorting the details. They even covered the cost to have it sent it to me on time.

It was super nice to talk to a human who wanted to serve a customer. I'll be back and now one of my "go to's".

I did a bit research on anti theft bags and found pacsafe is possibly a reliable brand. Yet I couldn’t find the brand selling elsewhere in Perth. This lil shop surprised me. There’s different size and colour options available. The staff’s really helpful and friendly. The shop is at the corner and there’s a big Samsonite sign on the wall.

Just a great business wished I had known about it sooner. Very helpful and Great service from lovely people. I had a zip that was broken it was fixed very quickly and the cost was low. I certainly recommend them, and will make sure I let people know about this place. One very happy customer. Thank you.

Unfortunately one star is the lowest you can give. Staff were so rude, and kept talking over me. The way they treat their customers is disgusting.
Don’t bother trying for a warranty claim, they refuse to acknowledge any possibility of a product failure, instead it’s all the airline’s or your own fault.

Had a leather bag from Paris that was falling apart after many years. They did a wonderful repair on lots of issues and fixed the zip also. It’s now as new and enjoying going to work with me again. Would recommend to anyone. 6 stars!

Great place to get your leather goods repaired. Be prepared to wait 1-2 weeks to get your goods returned though. Highly recommended.

I've used this company twice for luggage repairs and they have both been done quickly on time for a fair price. Most days the front desk is friendly.

I have a backpack that needed a seem repaired in a tricky spot against a zipper and they did a great job with the little room they had to work with. I’ll definitely be back if I need any future repairs or a new suitcase.

Incredibly rude person on the front desk. I had two pieces of luggage recently damaged, I went in to see if they could get fixed but had to turn my back and leave during a condescending tirade from the staff member. I thanked the person and left but have honestly never been treated like that before and have never been more angry.

Great selections, bought 2 luggages here with good deals. Quality is not the best but good enough

Very poor service.
I dropped my luggage in to have the wheels replaced.
Was notified it would be ready in two days.
Received a call that they didn’t have the wheels, they needed to order them and it would be 2 weeks.
I have had to call them for updates and they blamed COVID and delays.
It has been 2 months and there has been an incredible lack of communication.
I collected my bag because I couldn’t wait any longer nor do I want this business to receive my money.
The lady was incredibly rude and complained about having to find my luggage to give it back to me.
DO NOT VISIT THIS REPAIRER.

Stumbled upon Leather & Luggage from recommendations of people within the leather repair industry. This already speaks highly of Lynn's expertise. I called Lynn enquiring about shoe repair since my shoes have a distinct colour which other 'experts' have refused to take on. Lynn was so patient from listening to my concerns to thoroughly explaining to me her process. Lynn and her team were professional and cordial when I dropped my shoes off and picked them up. I am so amazed by the quality of Lynn's work. She has successfully transferred her luxury goods repair skills onto my scruffed-up shoes. It is difficult to create a close-to-exact colour match. Yet Lynn's mastery is evidenced by the fact that the scruff mark on my shoe is 99% undetectable (unless you really have to nitpick using a magnifying glass). The cost is fairly charged and I think Lynn's service is absolutely worth the price. I cannot rate Leather & Luggage and Lynn's service any more highly!

3rd time using them to fix a bag while I have been on a stopover in Perth. I am sincerely appreciative they were able to fix my damaged bag so fast. The customer service here was fantastic.

Too expensive.
Price was not mentioned when I dropped the carry on bag to be fixed.
$80 to fix two wheels on an old bag.
Can buy brand new ones for $120 same brand. Labour is high these days and probably not worth fixing these bags in Aus.
