DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!
My son attended Port Kennedy when it used to be Learning Pod over a year ago and I just received an invoice today about some bogus out standings. What a joke! Called them and no one can give me answers. Told me to email accounts.

I had to write a review as I'm loving watching the little ones learn and play at the BOORN Learning Pod. The team is the best. They're so friendly and always make our time there such a pleasant experience. It's always so clean and the coffee is the best. Thank you team for a great experience.

My high school children came to tutoring to improve their English writing skills. They were reluctant at first but they loved their sessions as the tutor was fun & engaging. They have both received much higher grades in English with the skills their learnt at tutoring.

I've had a lovely experience with The Learning Pod - Boorne. The centre provides tailored resources to personalise learning for different ages, capacity building and social skills development.

Thank you, Thank you, thank you to Teisha and her wonderful team down there for all the care and support and FUN we have had with you. My daughters love coming and always leave with a smile on their face. Keep up the good work!

Supportive and creative staff who are able to engage kids. The place has space and room for all. The Pods are really cool. Well done to BOORN!

I would give 0 stars if I could. They take your money at the beginning of each term. If your child is sick you STILL have to pay. Yet the repeatedly rescheduled my daughters lessons because they didn’t have tutor availability due to Covid- which was fine but it’s one rule for them and another for the consumer. On 5th November last year I asked for all EXCESS funds not used to be returned to me $350+ which I am STILL fighting to receive. Numerous emails and phone calls- when you can actually speak to someone that is! Most times I end up speaking to a representative on a phone messaging service who are useless! Accounts are only open 1 day per week so getting any response takes over a week! Will be approaching Australian Consumer Protection for further advice given I requested all my money back on 5/11/2022, it is now 12/02/2023 and they are STILL withholding funds and deducting funds for classes this year that I did not agree to. I advised them on 23/01/2023 we wouldn’t be continuing and they still 2 took money from our account for classes 2 & 3 weeks later. DO NOT USE THE LEARNING POD!

FYI- As per Western Australian Commerce Law note the information below:
A contract for services is cancelled when you tell the supplier that you intend to cancel it - verbally, in writing or, if this is not possible, by any other means.
You can cancel a contract for services at any time. Cancelling a contract for services gives you the right to a refund.

Shockingly difficult to end your 1 year subscription, keep taking you money with no accounts response or support. The actual tutoring was good, but the finalization of the subscription has really left a bad taste in my mouth. You should not have to fight to get this finalized whilst still being charged for the service that has ended and then they have the cheek to say there will be a $50 early termination fee.on an annual subscription that has ended! I notice this is everyone's sentiment here with negative reviews. Perhaps Learning Pod needs to focus on their accounts department a bit more?

My account was charge incorrectly afew times and it took 10 working days to get it back. No one in accounts or management ever returned my calls or explained to me why it was a recurring issue either. After the 3rd time I cancelled my child's tutoring and went elsewhere. Worst experience ever! This is a real review and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.

My kids absolutely love it! Fun and adaptable learning styles for all ages and learning needs! Happy Mumma right here!

Not an enjoyable experience at all. If your considering joining up make sure you know all information because if they neglect to tell you, even after you thought you asked all the questions it will be on you.and your left with the bill you had no idea would occur.

Not a false review - A local parent with a bad experience! They just do business however they want. I was made to pay in advance for a book that arrived many weeks later and then told I could not get a refund. I asked for a call from the manager about it and never heard back even after going in there. They still owe me money and I also don't have the book! Go somewhere else that doesn't steal from hard working parents.

As a high-school student, I really love how they can adapt to any subject I am struggling with which will really help me in the long run.

Sent in a book list for my Y11 ATAR classes mid- december last year books weren't ready until after school started, and some items were still missing from the order. The books were really scratched and didn't look brand new at all. Never purchased from here since, instead I went with Campion and got better results.

I arranged a Party for my 9 year old daughter who loves science. This was the best place friendly, affordable and the staff were amazing we had Jade run the party for us on the day.
Ellie had everything arranged spoke to me and wife about how the time would go my daughter and her friends and our extended family had a great time big smiles on everyone's faces including the adults that attended.

Great Job Guys love your work highly recommend.

The staff is very approachable and well trained. They really entertained my questions and tried their very best to meet my demands. I have completed my back to school requirements with no sweat. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

A great learning environment for children, great teachers as well. They handled my kid very well and she really enjoyed her time learning here. She even looks forward to her tutor all the time. I am happy with her progress, many thanks to Learning Pod for your efforts and all.

It is never a boring day here at Learning Pod. Thanks to the great teachers and their activities for the kids as well. My children really love their science parties. Great job to you all, keep doing what you are doing. More power to your center, and I am one satisfied mother here.
