My partner accidentally dropped his wallet around the area and this lovely wonderful employee named Caitlyn had safely kept it away and contacted with him on Facebook. He wasn't available to come pick it up so he asked me to go get it, when I arrived, she was really sweet and professional and rang my boyfriend (on Facebook) to double check that it was me picking it up. We deeply appreciate the honest and genuine customer service. I will have to get a beauty service or something similar one day, the place looks beautiful and its ran by genuine and professional people. When we got home the wallet had all the cards and all cash was safely in there. Thank you to Caitlyn and the Lovley lady with the high bun ️

Got my eyebrows tinted, the tint only lasted for 2 days. What a wast of money. Never coming back

I have been to several Beauty Clinics over the years, never have I encountered such indifference in the service. The therapist never looked me in the eye, did however look me up & down. Only had an eyebrow wax, thanks for small mercies, it was all over in less than 5 minutes & I was ushered out. Talk about valued customers, not so much at this clinic. I will never go back, only went there because I wanted to shop locally. I will have to try somewhere else close to home.

I have been to this salon many times over many years. Diana and Bianca are the most professional beauty therapists. The rest of the team are great too. Try a deluxe pedicure. It's the best I have had anywhere. Also the prices are not over the top.
