Alira helped guide me with service and advice today. Thank you so much for being so helpful and accommodating.

Excellent shop to pick up lawn rejuvenation supplies such as Bow and Arrow for weed eradication on lawns and fertiliser etc.

I put Lawn Doctors Kikuyu turf down 2 weeks ago and it looks absolutely impeccable! The dog is already in love with it, can't wait to mow it. Absolutely 5 star lawn, thanks, Lawn Doctor!

Very disappointed with the service today, we went in last weekend to order new grass - paid in full, walked in this morning to pick it up and it hadn't even been ordered. Told us to give them a call later today to arrange a time for delivery when the grass is available, and cant even get through. Now have to push back all other trades until grass is delivered. Was offered 50% off but has been a big inconvenience.

Just wanna say a huge thank you to Alira and the lawn doctor team they have transformed my backyard from a sand pit to a lush green oasis the process was easy and quick, can not recommend them any higher

Have ordered grass for 2 houses fro.these guys totaling 300sqm of Sir Walter buffalo. Both have been amazing and have never had any weeds or other grasses come through. Very happy with my grass. Also if your after a great fertilizer would highly recommend the store made product been using for 12 months now slow release

Bought Sir Walter Buffalo almost 2 years ago. Grass is really resilient. Still looking beautiful. Not patchy. Very minimal weeds. Basic care.

Now all the winter grass that came with the roll out lawn is sprouting out everywhere: Very disappointing when I had weed free lawn before the installation!

Now the crab grass is coming out; difficult to spot until seed appears. Please see the 3 new photos.

Got the trifecta - couch, winter grass and crab grass in my Sir Walter Lawn purchased from this company!

Purchased supposedly fresh rolls of Sir Walter 2 weeks ago, but on laying them, they were clearly more than a day old; unconscionable conduct: Now, after 2 weeks some of the rolls are infested with couch! I pulled up one roll and extracted a bucketful of couch runners that were well established and entwined within the Sir Walter.

Better to buy your Sir Walter from a more reliable supplier: Too late for me, I've already rolled out and still have more couch infestation to extract!

UPDATE

After an email to head office they contacted me and offered, and delivered, 4 replacement rolls; they were infested with seeding winter grass! I don't think it was a win for me as now I will have to spend time and money to eradicate the winter grass!

They should ask if you want couch or winter grass with your Sir Walter; or, choose a different "extra"!

In my view, not a quality controlled product: Better to buy product elsewhere.

I called to get a quote a week ago. Never came, never called back. I sent a message reminding Terry. Then again sent my address. Nothing. So thanks for nothing I guess.

Tried to find the place on roussett rd couldn't find it was looking for 45mins rang them up and still told me wrong way not happy grrrrrrrrrrr

Best possible service! We are very happy with our experience. They were really easy to deal with, gave lots of helpful advice and supplied a large amount of turf on very short notice. Most importantly the turf was beautiful and lush! Highly recommend
