Joe was fantastic throughout our entire process. He explained refinancing options for our existing investment property and found the best rates to suit our needs! He was always just a phone call or text away if we had any questions or concerns.

After a few mishaps at the bank (due to the lender) we were left frustrated and stressed about missing our settlement date but Maureen came to the rescue every time doing everything in her willpower to get it sorted for us!
