Okay for one night.
The room itself was pretty nice, big and convenient to use, it feels safe as well.as they do not have reception you do not need to see anyone to enter the room, I just wished they would have let us know when we booked the room because we did not have internet and not much signal on arrival.they have no reception so it can be confusing on arrival, they had sent SMS and email on how to access the room, but we did not have signal for quiet sometimes, so it was not convenient for us. We were relocating from Darwin to Perth so we had a lot of stuff with us, unfortunately we were on the second floor and the elevator seemed to be broken so it was not easy to move all out stuff to our room, it might have been an easy fix if they had a reception.the bathroom was not really clean specially the toilet.we did not use any of the kitchen stuff but after seeing the bathroom it felt like we did not want to give it a try

Mouldy bathroom, grease dripping from range hood, floor not clean, air con filters thick with dust and the unit smelt awful. Dripping shower and lights not working. They did move us to another room but furniture was falling apart and bathroom wasn't clean. Booked 2 nights stayed 1 and left even after disinfecting and cleaning both units.

Apartment is in good location, but the room was not that great, toilet and the bathroom are dirty and the towels are not great.

Shouldn’t even get one star! Filthy dirty unit with a rude manager. Had to call police so we could be escorted out of our room due to aggressive people next door who threatened us as we asked them to keep the noise down - partied outside our unit from 4am in the morning. A terrifying experience where we feared for our safety. No support from management! DO NOT STAY HERE

Worst motel unit ever, clothes left in washer, cupboard falling off the wall, unclean dirty room, bathroom hair still on floor, and skirting and walls dirty. The basin is badly cracked and not worth the money paid. The only good thing was a great meal at Tavern next door.

Don't stay at this place! Booked to stay here as I don't know Karratha well and the unit is filthy. Dirty stained bed sheets and the shower is so dirty I wore shoes to shower. It also smells gross. When you tell management that it's unclean, not even an apology. Yuck.

If you wanna get some bad experience this is the place you won't get disappointed. As soon as we arrived to the our room was a really nasty smell. Checked the cutlery draw and surprise the cutlery wasn't even washed.
The shower had some black mold growing in the floor the basin wasn't even wiped, and the sheets were dirty and full of stains. We send an email to the manager immediately and we have In response only the bill. What a shame. We haven't even got clan sheets delivered to.our room. We had to spend the night in that place only because we arrived late and exhausted from travelling. (We had to put our swag on top of the bed) if this is what you want from a place to stay this is the place for you. Don't use the bed unless you wanna get some std.

Don't believe the fake reviews. It's dirty and grotty, hasnt been cleaning for years. The sofa is heavily stained an dirty. The bed stinks and I don't believe the sheets were changed. Been here for one week and the rubbish hasn't been taken out and sheets not changed. Have a good look for yourself before renting. Absolutely disgusting. Got booked in here by a company.

They canceled our accommodation the day we got to Karratha. They told me my credit card declined. Your not going to give a card with no money on it. Then we found out it happened to 3 other people with the same excuse.

Poor form

Very modern and clean with beautiful amenities and fantastic staff, all round deserves 5 stars.

Very nice apartment to stay in. It has a pool, a fancy shower, in-house laundry facilities and a kitchen to make your own food.
