Latitude 32

Perfect Sunday lunch here - steak was delicious and a good portion too. Service was impeccable. Had cheeky cocktail to finish!

We went for cocktails a couple of days ago about 3 ish because of the beautiful views over the bay. We weren't sure if you had to get a table so I went to the counter at the entry but they were busy so I decided to go to the bar to ask if we ordered drinks there. A lady told us that we needed to get a table at the front counter and we would be be served. She then came to serve us and explained our mistake, not to get a table first, in a really loud voice, and I mean loud. We had a drink and then decided to go elsewhere (I don't want to get told off when I'm spending my money as there is loads of places to spend your money). When I went to pay the bill at the counter I heard the shouty lady (it would have not be hard to hear her from Fremantle) talking to one of the staff saying " You did a good job seating those people BUT what you failed to do was offering them sparkling, still or tap water. What she failed to do besides be courteous was to give us the happy hour menu like she did to all around us.

What's happened to this place? Going down hill rapidly. The 2 stars, are for the price of beer during happy hour.
We were seated by the manager, (it would be nice to see him smile, now and then) waited for approximately 15 minutes for menus, and to order drinks, in the end had to go and get the menus myself, in the meantime the manager passed our table about 6 times, ignoring us.
(They were not very busy at the time)
Had a serve of loaded fries! They need to employ someone who can cook fries, so simple!
Fries were only just warm, the grated cheese wasn't even melted properly, and just a teaspoon of finally
choped bacon, child size portion. They were not LOADED FRIES!
As you go to the outside area, look up at the ceiling, the paint has been peeling for months.
Finally, the plant boxes outside, have all been smashed, and left since Winter.
New manager, might be needed!
Smarten the place up!
Apparently, all the good staff have left.
Come on you lot, pull your fingers out, you were good initially.

You say you take customers complaints seriously. It seems you do nothing about it, as so many complaints about the food, and small servings.

Amazingly succulent scallops and delicious salad! Beautiful service and an unbelievable view! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Ordered 2 Risottos, but they were more like risotto porridge. Garlic bread with four pieces of crust. Room was cold. Very noisy but the Prosecco was good. We did give feedback during our visit in regards to the food.

Ayesha was an amazing staff member who was very attentive to our needs. Unfortunately the food was a whole time low not the best I have had was very disappointed with the new menu. The management were very confused about what was available and what wasn’t.
Shame cause it is such an awesome venue with magnificent views of Rockingham.

Went to have the $115 menu for new years eve. Was the worst food I've ever eaten. Ordered the Ravioli for entre. 3 pieces of ravioli that was cold. Returned it to have it warmed up. They removed the half i had eaten peice.put it in the microwave. They cream had separated so it now just tasted of oil. Sent it back again to have a different entre, the scallops which were OK. Ordered the prawn pappardelle. 6 prawns and the pasta was all clumped together. It was disgusting. Returned it to have the chicken kieve. The potatoes looked like a 3 year old cooked them. The chicken was OK. Speaking to the staff, I was told that they have no head cheff. Unbelievable to charge $115 for a 3 course meal and you don't even have a chef. It's a shame that such a great place has gone so bad with the new owners. Used to love coming here but won't be any more. I wouldn't come here expecting good food any more.

The ribs and chicken were really good. The ribs were very tasty and fell off the bone. Pasta was okay but the portion size is a bit small. The best part was the view this place has. Service was good but could be better as they forgot about us as we were sitting outside.

We were very disappointed with one of their specialty meals. A rib eye steak ordered medium rare. We got well done. Sent it back and then got rare. We had waited nearly an hour for the second serve and so hungry we ate it. No more than an hour later we were throwing it up and out. The accompanying vegetables were for show and not enough to accompany a steak sized for two. The staff did try their best to apologise for the meal and we enjoyed the drinks and sweets but overall a substandard meal that made us sick. We did contact the restaurant directly twice to advise of the poor meal and dodgy food that made us sick.

So far no reply.

Arrived in restaurant about 4.15. Placed an order from the menu. Was told the item I ordered was from the lunch menu, which finished at 4 pm. But the menu was still on the table at 4.15. But I was told there was one item still available. So I ordered it. Then I was told because it was now evening time, it was$5 more expensive. I asked if it was a larger portion than on the lunch menu and was told no, same size just that it was now evening time. I felt it was a rip off.
Lunch menus should be removed from the table by 4pm.

Poor quality food for what you pay for, small portions sizes and no air con.
Don’t bother wasting your money here

This restaurant is in a lovely location right on the seafront at Rockingham. The service was excellent with friendly helpful staff. My rib was tender but the duck fat roasted potatoes were obviously not freshly cooked which was disappointing considering the cost of the meal ($43.00) and the vegetables were uninspiring (carrots and brocolini). My friend and I shared the crumble which was pleasant and nice and hot.

It's really wonderful what they have done with the foreshore area. The food and view at Latitude 32 are perfect. Lunch is the right price.

Great food. Fantastic service. A bit noisy inside when you are trying to have a conversation.

Food was well priced and nice, small portions however.

A nice lunch was however ruined by the rude obnoxious full of herself front of house server who couldn’t handle simple jokes when her receipt machine wouldn’t stop printing receipts, after we waited 5 minutes for her to get off the phone, she insulted and had a go at us and another worker. After that we will not go back - if you can’t take harmless jokes stay away from the public

The best white pasta, best garlic prawns and chicken mignon was mouth watering. Thanks to the chef Karan for amazing food.

Food was amazing. Had steak and lobster tail for myself. My partner had seafood pasta was really amazing. And other group people also had food meals. But there was wait of food and then staff was really nice and they told us the they being busy and other people complaining about food that's why our food being pushed away a bit.

But allover we had a good time at latitude 32 with a amazing view and good food.
And will definitely back

Amazing customer service. It was probably the best I have had in a very long time. I enjoyed every part of the experience. I had grilled barramundi and it was so good! I cleaned my whole plate. I will be back again.

Not impressed at all, spent $85 on the Steak and Lobster and they had no flavour due to being overcooked will not be going back.

Beautiful location, nice atmosphere and the service was good. Definitely look forward to coming back to Latitude 32!
