We came into the surgery with our Schnauzer as he was struggling to breath and frothing at the mouth, we were turned away as they were 'Fully booked' we had to go to our car and frantically find a vet that was close as soon as possible
I would never return to this practice

After spending thousands of dollars and our cat been diagnosed with kidney failure we were guided by the breeders of the cat to try there vet, to find that there is nothing wrong with him what so ever.
We feel very ripped off.
The prices we payed were almost double per session at laithlain vets.

The vet were very understanding of my "new pet owners" nerves and worries, she took the time to explain how to look after my brand new cat. I'll go back again (not too soon hopefully).

Super friendly staff, they give lots of love and care to the animals that come in. Would highly recommend bringing your pet here.

Great experience.
I took my vet anxious Spoodle to Lathlain Pets & Vets this morning, with a sore swollen paw.
The vet, Becky, managed to remove a grass seed and clean out the area, with a local anesthetic, & keep my dog completely unstressed!
I am very happy and relieved. Good job!

Staff are great!
My Cat has been treated here for Urinary problems.he's all good now!
The practice is conducted very professionally with friendly staff.
Prices are reasonable and the opening hours are good.

Fantastic friendly staff. They listen and are very helpful. My dogs have had nothing but good experiences when they have to go there.

Don't offer triennial vaccinations as recommended by the RSPCA, World Vet Association and the Australian Vet Association. Only have yearly in stock to misinform customers and relieve them of their money annually.

The vets and nurses here are always so helpful and have a passion for what they do that shines through in their work. Would recommend!

Laithlain Vet connected with East Vic park clinic are fantastic and have cared for my two dogs with kindness and thoroughness every visit

Great service, really quick and not to expensive. Brought my cat in for vaccinations, was ten minutes early and went straight in to see the vet. My cat is very skittish and and the vet (Dr. Emma, I think) was super gentle and understanding. Will definitely be bringing him back here!

Our dog dislocated her hip and we were seen straight away and everyone was so lovely! Billing was reasonable as well
