Cakes are so incredible however it's consistently a long wait for any hot drinks. I would suggest texting ahead to enable a hot drink within 20min. The staff are all lovely though.

Cakes and pastry’s are always top notch, best in the area by far and well worth the visit for.

The only thing that stops this place from being a hands down five star is the choice of dairy milk used in the coffee, would love it if you’d consider upgrading to bannister downs or brownes barista grade.

Cheers, this cafe is an asset to the area.

Love this place! Very friendly and helpful staff, great coffee! And delicious baked treats and breads. It is a must try! Plus they do free babycinos for the little ones. Love love love!

We are locals, living in Bassendean within walking distance of this place.

The Good
Nice environment.

Coffee is no different to anywhere else.

The Not so Good.
Took a long time for 3 hot drinks. (No other orders ahead of us).

The BAD.
Terrible customer engagement. Not even a Good Morning.
Sullen.
Morose.
Totally Unfriendly.
Not even a single smile from either of the 2 staff.

To the Owners.
You may not care about it, but we will NOT be back after our first and only experience.
You reinforce the generality of Perth hospitality Customer service being woeful.

Been waiting for west rd to open, Wow beautiful coffee, and the pies and cakes look amazing, I can't wait to try them, they also sell the most beautiful candles, so glad you opened on west rd, a nice quiet spot to have coffee, they also have a window to grab your coffee go check it out

The best coffee in Perth! All their cakes, muffins, fresh bread, quiches, pies are homemade daily. The food is amazing

This place is beautifully decorated with delicious food all around! I bought a pastry that reminded me of cinnamon bun.dough rolled in butter, cinnamon/sugar w a glaze over it. INCREDIBLE! I look forward to going back!
