Niamh helped today with my laser treatment. She was so professional, felt very comfortable with her. Would highly recommend booking with her!

I got done 2 sessions of the BBL Hero treatment. I spent $600 in total, and I did not see any difference at all. Very disappointing! I do not recommend it. They told me, I would see some results after the 3rd session. So, my two expensive previous sessions did not count for anything? Very disappointing. I rather investing in creams or peelings…

Diabetics should actively avoid going to Laser Clinics. They ask customers with Diabetes to seek clearance from their doctors to do the treatment. This is unreasonable, doctors do not specialise in laser treatment, and Laser Clinics should have enough knowledge of the medical condition to deem someone fit or unfit for the treatment. They did not otherwise ask me for my results or any other indication. Even after I got a note from my doctor saying my diabetes is well maintained, they would not proceed without full clearance from the doctor, on the basis that "their insurance would not cover it". I sought a full refund.

No one ever called from this clinic after this review!
So I had 10 sessions in Melbourne in 2019 and then moved to Perth. I went to Laser Clinics Australia - Karrinyup 6 months ago for 4 more sessions because I had a lot of hair growing back on my legs and for a Brazilian.
First off, their laser hair removal machines are a mess. They literally used a sticker to hold together the cables of a machine in one of my sessions. And they've missed so many spots. I've seen absolutely no results at all.
I went back to talk about how I haven’t seen any results after 4 sessions and I expect to see at least some results before booking for additional 2 sessions, and a girl there booked me for a consultation with the manager. But then an hour later, she called and canceled my appointment. She said the manager would call me back, but no one did. I understand their policy is to put the machines in a very low setting to avoid any possible damage to the skin but not that low that you can’t see any results at all and you have to keep coming back and pay every couple of months for the rest of your life!
So, yeah. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money at their clinic. It's been a totally worthless experience for me. Ps: No one has ever called me after this review! Another poor customer service representative!

I have been having laser hair removal and skin treatments since Karrinyup opened. Staff are always friendly and welcoming and always on time too. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been 3 times and they have refused to do treatment. The first time I understand why as of sunlight exposure which is a genuine concern.
However, last week they wouldn’t treat as have was apparently too long even though I shave 14 hours before.
I made another appointment for today, and they wouldn’t treat again because I shaved 4/5 hours ago which is apparently too recent.
I suggested looking at the growth as everyone’s hair is different, hence why we’d be getting treatment but she wouldn’t look.
It’s just a massive inconvenience, having to leave work and travel just for this to keep happening.
Not everyone’s schedule aligns with shaving exactly 12hours before.

I have had 13 laser hair removal sessions for different body parts with very negligible results. I made sure to mention that I had not seen any hair reduction prior each laser hair treatment and was advised that a note would be put on my file and that it could take some time to see a reduction. Throughout the treatment period I even asked for a 2nd consult session as I just couldn’t see the promised difference in hair reduction. This resulted in receiving complimentary treatments which I highly appreciated. Nevertheless, after having spent over $1,000.00 I wanted a second opinion and went to a different laser clinic. It turned out that the wrong laser had been used for my skin type the whole time, and even though I had mentioned that I wasn’t seeing any results, nobody at the clinic thought about using a different laser. After only one session with the different laser my hair growth was reduced significantly (way more than after 13 sessions at the Karrinyup clinic). I have provided the same feedback through the Karrinyup website. While I received a call during work hours that I was unable to take, there was nobody available when I called back (again, I was told a note would be put on my file). This was over 2 weeks ago. It seems like notes on someone’s file don’t resolve in any actions as it caused me to lose a lot of money and over a year of treatment that didn’t provide the promised results.

All the team are amazingly helpful, patient, and motivational (Gina "oh no you cannot be lazy"has helped to speed the learning curve of right post care actions, Riley and Mel are very friendly and Sacha is just fun to spend time with). Laser Clinic Australia Karrinyup has the best employees and the friendliest atmosphere. They always make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I always have a smile on my face even though I’ve burned hair in areas that hurt a lot! I always recommend getting laser now because of this amazing experience. I had arrived early and she was really friendly from the moment I walked in the door. In the appointment she was very thorough and I appreciated the extra care time she spent to do a good job. Messed up botox, had an uneven forehead for a few months, didn’t respond to me for weeks when I asked about it. By the time they did respond after I had to contact a few times, it had started to wear off, so product probably isn’t great either. Won’t be back and lost a fortune of money,

I love Laser Clinics Karrinyup. All the staff genuinely care about want I want to achieve in terms or my skin. My laser sessions take less then 5 minutes and I always feel super comfortable. The facials I get done here are also amazing and the skin consultants have given me a skin care routine that has really worked for me!

Have been going to the girls at Laser Clinics Karrinyup for nearly a year now and WOW. Anne, Kayla and Riley have been an absolute delight and have help me with not only laser hair removal but have transformed my skin and rid my acne for good! Would never trust my skin with anyone else!
