I have been a frequent laser and LED client for the last year or so. I find the girls really professional and nice, and I am super happy with my results so far.

Amazing staff…. Especially Emmerson. She made me feel so comfortable each session and ensured I was feeling okay. Great results over the time I have been seeing her, wouldn’t go to anyone else!

I have been going to LCA Claremont for years now and I won’t go anywhere else. I started going to Claremont as I went to another laser clinic and was burnt so when I went to Claremont and saw the team there I had full confidence after the first visit. The consistency in results and level of customer service and professionalism on each visit is second to none. I love my Claremont LCA visits!

Absolutely cannot recommend this clinic enough, every time I go I get consistent, quality service. Pricing is more than reasonable. I especially recommend laser hair removal as it has worked wonders for my skin and hair type! I always get Britney as my beauty therapist and can’t recommend her enough either - consistently does an amazing job on all my different treatments and has the best attention to detail.

Good, quick and effective - could improve on cleanliness. I had quite a sum of other people’s hair lingering on the bed before i was about to do treatment.

Came in and had a consult with Emmerson followed by a few facials. She recommended a moisturiser for me and it’s now my holy grail! I can’t go without it and my skin felt amazing after the peels?

I have been going to Emmerson for laser for over a year now and have loved every second of it. She is very easy to talk to and always ensures that I am comfortable throughout the process. It is a very professional clinic and I could not recommend them more.

I have been doing my hair laser sessions in this clinic for more than 2 years, but my latest appointment this January was horrible, the appointment is scheduled for 30 minutes but the lady finished everything within 15 minutes she didn’t cover all the areas of my legs she was in a rush for no reason. I kept telling her to cover this area and this area and she didn’t like.
I won’t come back to this clinic

First time I went there and I felt the person who assisted me was a bit rude. I booked my second appointment for today and asked for another professional. I have received the message from the clinic on Friday and yesterday asking me to confirm the appointment and so did I.
I was on my way and called them to let them know I'd be late. They said they couldn't see my appointment in the system. I then asked if they had any spots available today and they said no. Complete waste of my time.
Won't be back and don't recommend to anyone.

Went for microdermabrasion today at 10am, Libby does an excellent face masaage and thorough cleaning. She also made sure to check in with me in regular intervals. Highly recommend!

Have had one appointment and scheduled another. The machine broke twice have had to reschedule twice and cannot get any appointments affecting the result.when speaking to the staff on the phone they could try be more accommodating and less blunt and rude.

I wish I had chosen a different laser company. I bought the laser packages- for underarms, Brazilian and full legs. In short, management level customer service is non-existent. If you have to reschedule, don't have results, or any other issue that requires resolution, you can count on them ignoring your emails and phone calls and in person requests.

There is scarce scheduling availability, and you will have to call/reserve 4-8 weeks in advance. If you have a 9-5 job, you will struggle to work out appointments.

Pre-paid packages can only be used at one location, there is no flexibility on this policy, even if they cannot get you in for an appointment within 2 months. ZERO flexibility.

Because they are understaffed, you cannot get anyone on the phone at the Claremont location - to schedule an appointment or solve frequent website administration errors.

It feels like a meat packing plant. Plan to wait 15 minutes past your appointment time - every single time you visit. You'll be herded in like cattle and shuttled out, then on to the next. Staff are exhausted, and don't seem happy to be there.

Results, because this clinic is unable to accommodate regular intervals of appointments (which is required in order to receive results) don't expect a very good outcome for your treatments.

I wish I had chosen a different laser facility.

I simply cannot fault this branch. The ladies who work here are some of the most professional and genuine I have ever come across. Having never had laser before coming here, my experience has been amazing. Not only have I achieved great results, I've been made to feel so looked after. The girls are knowledgeable, proficient, and so kind and welcoming. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my laser. Their products are great and I highly recommend their other treatments aside from laser - skin peel is my favourite?

Great service, regular customer. Only downfall is that as I have tan skin, the ladies never believe that I am not wearing fake tan and make me feel awkward about it when they question me.
