Very arrogant receptionists, especially Tania, why is the Practice Manager not doing anything good for the Practice. The Principal doctors should take a good look at their staff they are employing. Never coming here again. Disgraceful.

This is the second time my elderly dad has had a issue booking a appointment he is a dva pensioner who just needs a pain script as he can barley walk or drive and you are saying he will be charged to do a phone consultation when his last phone and all the others was not charged as he’s a pensioner
You really need to educate your receptionist as this is ridiculous

After the way I've been treated by Dr Jalaluddin of this practice, I am never coming back.
He's literally the worst Dr I have ever encountered, he's downright nasty. I've never been treated so poorly by a Dr, ever. He pushes medications that aren't needed, doesn't listen, and speaks ill of people. He forgets what you were there for and starts harping on about other stuff, and not treating the things you came there for.
When he eventually gets around to doing what you ask of him, there's no explanation, no discussion about it, no "what comes next", he just does the absolute bare minimum.
I have never been less impressed by a Doctor and for this reason I'm never attending this surgery again. I had complications after a procedure he sent me for and he had zero sympathy, even though I ended up spending a couple of days in hospital, and implied I was exaggerating my symptoms.
He is dangerously incompetent and incredibly arrogant. I've been going to this practice for about 20 years but after his "treatment", I'm inspired to never cross the threshold of this practice again.
Dr Jalaluddin just lost this practice a very loyal patient.

I’m editing this review because I can’t write a new one. If I could give more stars - I give this practice a thousand. In particular - Dr Atkinson.

Dr Atkinson quite simply saved my wife’s life. Her thoroughness, and kindness has helped us enormously.

We attended the medical centre when my wife had an unusually bad headache. Some doctors may have prescribed painkillers and sent the patient home for rest in a dark room. Instead, Dr Atkinson referred my wife for a scan, where an aneurysm was discovered and we were called by Langford Medical less than an hour later and told to get to hospital urgently.

My wife was operated on and now is recovering from major surgery. We continue to see Dr Atkinson in follow up appointments.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. If we’d been sent away from that initial appointment, we are told the outcome would have been vastly different.

I have been attending Langford Medical Centre for 10 years. I initially sought and attended because the practice bulk bills. I now attend because I believe the centre to be the best available to me. I drive past a number of medical centres to get to Langford. I very much like all the people I see when I go there. Everyone is friendly. Nothing is a problem. There is ALWAYS ample parking. I have had many procedures done there. I have been seeing the same Doctor there for 10 years. I regard him as one the most likeable, compassionate, efficient and wonder people I have known. He is thorough, personable, and 100% professional. I will continue to go to Langford Medical Centre regardless of where I reside in Perth metropolitan area.

I can’t not believe what I heard while I was waiting for my appointment this afternoon.
The short curly haired lady that was sitting on the left of looking at the reception desk was so rude to a poor elderly lady who I gathered was having chest pain and she turned around and told her we are not a emergency department go to the Ed this poor lady I hope nothing happened to her.
Then this same receptionist lady was so rude talking on the phone I really cannot believe what I saw and heard today.

Poor customer service from receptionist team.only reason to visit again doctor Rashmi is very professional and one of the best doctor.

Right now I'm in side the langford medical centre and I've been waiting almost 1 hr to see the GP and still they telling me one more patient before me which us completely unfair
If we make it even 5 minutes late they charge us for not coming
And now who is gonna pay me for my time I left my work to come and see the doctor on time.

I found them when I lived much closer to Langford. When you find a good medical team you stay with them.

They are bulk billing Doctors with a strong customer focus. It's a multilingual, multicultural practice. Helpful, very professional customer service and nursing staff are always on hand and they do minor surgery in house.

But wait, there's more! You get a certificate of bravery when you take the jab! (see my photo).

Since 2016 I have been seeing Dr Rashmi. Dr Rashmi is a great doctor, she is highly knowledgeable, understanding, and caring. I highly recommend Dr Rashmi.

We have been seeing Dr. Rashmi since 2016. She is very professional, talented and efficient. She has a massive wealth of knowledge and provides holistic care for my whole family whenever we have any medical problems.
Moreover, she has seen us with a short notice and accommodated us with a smile. She was happy to stay back at work to give us comprehensive care prior to leaving a very busy scheduled day. This has given as a lot of confidence and trust in relying on Dr. Rashmi to sort out any medical issues that arise in our everyday lives especially with little kids. She is amazing.
We have seen many GP’s prior to Dr. Rashmi and we can confidently say that there is no one like her. We would only go to Dr. Rashmi even if there is a huge wait or any long delays in seeing her.

Very efficient receptionists for an exceptionally busy surgery.
Yes you often have to wait, but I'd like to think that the doctors are being very thorough. There's nothing worse than going to a surgery where you feel you're just being pushed through as quickly as possible to chalk up the numbers. This is not the case here.
Good work.

Poor Patient treatment skills and management of patients complex medical conditions, by both Dr William Chin and Dr Rashmi El- Salamani
Lack of Professionalism and follow up care to vulnerable dementia patients, who as a result sadly died, due to their misdiagnosis of the underlying causation, which was fully treatable had they not missed the obvious signs!
Worst Clinic in 60 years I've ever had the misfortune of visiting! Stay Safe, Stay Away!

Appointments never done on time make sure you are prepared to wait for 2 hours

Took my mum to an appt and was asked for my mask exemption. After showing it, I was told to wait in my car and theyd call my phone when it was time for my mums appt. They never called me, so my mum had to go into the appt by herself and couldnt understand a lot of what was said as I was meant to translate for her. She also waited 1.5hrs for her appt‍️
Not supporting places that enforce segregation.

Had a great experience with the service and doctors, Dr. Rashmi is the best one, I did regular med check up when I was pregnant and she referred to labs and hospital in the correct time. Now, I will do med check up for my baby.

I have a sever fear of needles.the nurse gwun really helped calm me down n in the end i didnt even feel the needle goin in! I am only goin to have my needles here from now on.
