Today was my first time visiting Sam and I’m so happy that I did. This is hands down the best service I have ever received! Sam made me feel so welcome and took her time to explain the science behind the products she was using and gave me some great recommendations. I felt very relaxed throughout the treatment and my skin feels amazing, I can’t wait to start using the products I took away today and I have already booked my next appointment to continue my skin journey.

I started my skincare with Sam over a year ago. Sam has so much knowledge and has helped me repair my skin barrier. After Covid my skin was never right and had many flare ups and rosacea. Since seeing Sam my skin is glowing and looks so healthy. She will only suggest you buythe products you need specifically for your skin. The products she uses and high quality and effective. Honestly.the best! Where do I begin?
Sam is knowledgeable and truly knows her way around your skin and its needs. When I first visited Sam, I was not sure what to expect and I was afraid that it may be another commercialised skin clinic (and I am so sick of these!). I was so wrong!

Sam truly listens to my concerns and works with my wants and needs. Sam is very patient with me and despite all my other health issues (gut) leading to skin issues, she has persevered through it all with me. She adopts a holistic approach and actually cares - you can feel it.

I have been seeing her since August 2022 and I cannot recommend her enough. I have received compliments from friends and have recommended her to friends!

I have a lymphatic facial last week. Sam is a wonderful technician, I felt so relaxed and comfortable.

Sam is so generous with her time and knowledge. I walked in looking for makeup to cover up my bad skin, and instead she helped me find products to help benefit my skin.

I am in my late 60's and never had any facial treatment before so I decided to try the facebook ad at Laneway - it is a long drive for me so I didn't know if it was something I would do often but the information appealed to me - Sam is lovely. I found the procedure to be relaxing and definitely the skin was glowing afterwards. What I gained most from the session I feel is an understanding how to care for my skin from this point onwards. I am now using cleanser (rather than soap which was clogging my pores around my nostrils) and I use a serum which is deeply nourishing and hydrating (didn't see result immediately but a few weeks on now can definitely see) and a good moisturizer. Feels great to have a new skin care regime in order. If you can't stop the wrinkles and aging, at least you can do it with the best support and glow.

Sam is a legend! I had tried every possible treatment for my Cystic acne and nothing has given me results like Sam has. She is very knowledgeable and always talks me through each part of the process including why she is doing that particular treatment. She ensures I’m comfortable with each step and provides fantastic customer service. 10/10 recommend anyone suffering from acne and redness to go see Sam.

I cannot recommend Sam enough in fact I have already recommended Sam to friends, this was my very first treatment (Hydra Facial) with Sam and first ever skin treatment I’ve ever had. Sam walked me through the steps of the treatment but also made you feel extremely relaxed and at ease at her hands. Sam had a lot of knowledge which was extremely valuable as someone just starting their skin journey!

Sam has built such a warm and loving skin care environment at Laneway Skin Clinic. She is such an amazing therapist and is so incredibly passionate, professional and knowledgeable about skin care. She takes the time to get to know me and makes sure my skin is in a good space before jumping into any treatments. She has also been great at recommending skin care and treatments that suits me and my Perioral Dermatitis. I've been getting treatment for over 6 months and can not imagine trusting any one else with my skin. I always leave here glowing.

I went in for a skin treatment for my hyper pigmentation for few months now with Sam. Not only my skin got lightened but also my skin texture has started to glow and looked healthy. A wonderful experience from start to finish. Sam was active in reaching out via Instagram which made booking the Laneway Luxury treatment so easy for me. I was sent a skin questionnaire and booking confirmation a few days prior to my appointment. I was also able to drop in earlier that day for an extra treatment to help with some muscle recovery thanks to Sam's recommendation. Sam is very knowledgeable and all my skin issues were discussed clearly. The studio is very clean and cozy. I enjoyed the technique of the facial, the products that were used as well as the music that was playing. I had drifted off to the land of relaxation when it was time to finish. Sam offered to assist me with my current products if I sent in a few photos and she also gave me some samples to try. I've rebooked already for December but hope to see you before then!
