Great environment and huge outdoor area, my daughter is so happy go in the center. Management and staff so friendly and helpful.
I would strongly recommend this center.

Disappointed in the daycare service my son constantly comes home sick massive daycare like that don't even get professional cleaners in to clean they all about saving cost my son constantly comes home wrong dummy wrong socks and nappies on backwards when I call the manager to discuss get abused and hanged up on saying she dont have time to discuss the problems was told my son had foot and hand I had to go pick him up went go him and took him docs multiple times and he never had it false diagnosing from daycare who aren't medical experts but think they are

My son attended this child care with no issues, plenty of parking for parents and staff were always friendly.

Good service with the new team, big space and yard for my child to explore. My child always happy to be there.

I have a son that has a disability who's been attending the daycare since last year, the staff are great, aways supporting him and they
are open to learning
new strategies from all of his therapists.

Unorganised, planned an interview with me multiple times and never showed up. I would show up at the time she told me to be there then when I got there they would tell me she’s not working. If you didn’t need more staff why organise interviews and waste my time.

Less Staff, Best at OVER CHARGING, can't do follow ups, Its just a mess.
Kids always come out with someone else's cloth.am looking at moving my kids to a newly open daycare near by.

We have been using Landsdale ELE for over 5 years and have been incredibly happy with the high level of care & education provided. The current Director & Educators are amazing & we couldn't be happier.

Best daycare with the most caring and welcoming staffs. 10/10 for responding to emails or helping for any issues

Horrendous customer service. They have tried invoicing me TWICE in the last week and my child hasn't even gone in for an orientation session.

And the kicker? I was looking at enrolling him ONE YEAR AGO.

I've tried calling, left a message, even emailed and there has been zero follow through.

We are glad with this centre, our daughter is very happy there.
We can see her progress and see that she is very happy and really enjoys her time.
All staffs are very nice and welcoming, they are also very caring.
They center have a quite nice out side area with trees, toys, so the kids are around of the nature that for me it is very important for the kids development.

Our Daughter attending this centre for 2 years. I can see our Daughter speaking skills and confidence positive changes. Admins are positive, responsive and friendly. I felt that educators are professional and caring. Happy with the education provided to my Daughter to prepare her for Kindy next year. Thank you.

Our son has attended this centre for a few years and has been given so much confidence and the skills he needs to start school next year and I believe sending him to this centre has played a huge role in this, after a not so great experience at another centre. The current educators and management have made this centre a great place.

Don't even consider sending your precious child to this centre. The management team is horrendous. They were like automatic answering machine that says we will fix it right away or we will call you back, which never happen. They took $2000 from my bank upfront and said they would give the money back but instead they gave me $2000 credit against my will. I have waited for 7 weeks to get the money and my kids don't go there anymore. I have $1517 still remaining according to the statement of account (and also my calculation) but they say I
have only 400 odd dollars. I am taking legal actin.

My son has been going here for the past 3.5 years, even though there have been some hiccups on this journey (as there is in all Centre’s) he really enjoys his time there. I like the facilities and playgrounds they offer which for an active little boy is paramount.

There are a few key educators that have kept me wanting to keep my son enrolled as he has created amazing bonds with them.

I want this review to be honest so I will say Communication at times could be better. But being a big Centre I can see why this can happen so I just make sure I do it in person with Denise of Monise and things are usually always resolved to my satisfaction.

I really appreciate them always working within my casual roster at work which I know some Centre’s are not as flexible so that’s a plus. They are Usually always very accommodating especially during covid which was amazing to not be turned away and this is a main reason I always stay with this Centre.

All in all I would recommend my friends and family here. Thanks for always doing what you can within your means and keeping my son safe and happy.

Mrs Monise has made the centre a better place. Denise is fantastic and very caring towards the children. Educators are also lovely and want parents input.

A perfect Place & Great environment for little kids. Everyone is extremely professional and caring.

I hate to write such things but tried for 6weeks to hold thinking the management would do something abt our reoccurring problem. We have been charged wrongly and kept deducting money against our will. We sent more 8 emails, called almost everyday and went to see them in person 1 time but no change in their service. On top today they should be deducting $289 for my child as she is full time 5 days a week n instead they deducted $588, got a call from bank as I did not have enough in that account. I DNT really understand how they calculate and do their statement. Taking legal action as have more than enoug evidace of ignorance from the management and office staff.

One of a kind day care, with staff who are kind, respectful, creative, attentive and your child will learn, grow and be safe. Thank you girls:)
