Landgate

Holding on to speak to someone regarding lodging EPOA with Landgate. Waited two hours and then the phone rang out. Had tried ringing the previous day and again unable to get through. Not happy Jan!

Had to wait then fill in extra unnecessary forms even when i bought in documented evidence then had to wait in line again. Take a picnic lunch if you have to do anything here and why bring certified documents only to have someone there recertify them. Government departments

Contradictory information. Info given over the phone by 2 friendly and super helpful staffmembers refuted by in situ staffmember yesterday. Not good.

I left a message to call me back which was done very quickly. Tom was so helpful and his knowledge was terrific. Can't thank him enough.

Literally the worst departed to deal with. After waiting 5 weeks for a simple change of name to be done my stat dec was rejected for not having the correct wording. No information is given at the time of applying as to what is needed so you have to guess.
Now I have to get the stat Dec re-witnessed and posted because they can’t except scanned copies but then scan it at their office anyways.
I’m assuming it will be another 5 weeks before it is actually done.

Nb. Saraya at Landgate is absolutely hopeless to deal with
