Helped me rectify a document I'd filled in wrongly (my own careless fault) then very pleasant customer service when I called to enquire about picking it up.

Literally the worst departed to deal with. After waiting 5 weeks for a simple change of name to be done my stat dec was rejected for not having the correct wording. No information is given at the time of applying as to what is needed so you have to guess.
Now I have to get the stat Dec re-witnessed and posted because they can’t except scanned copies but then scan it at their office anyways.
I’m assuming it will be another 5 weeks before it is actually done.

Have been interacting and dealing with Landgate regarding new titles. The entire team have provided outstanding service, quite possibly the best government agency I have interacted with. The online chat feature provides an accessible way to interact with them and obtain key information. I couldn't have had a more positive experience than what the team has provided.

Charge too much to especially the vulnerable low income families with health care card and pension card, they shouldn't ask expensive fees to struggling families its revenue raising greed.

Always friendly, helpful service. Have been into the Midland offices numerous times for building/council but have also dealt with them via email for family history. Very prompt to reply/action. A particular mention to Cher who helped my Mum & I with all of our questions. Thank You.

Today I visited Landgate in Midland with a complex strata title question and was helped by Lewis Mcdonough in customer Service on the front line. He was very knowledgeable with a friendly manner and got answers for me from the appropriate specialists in the area quickly. Great customer experience. Well done guys!

Tried to get a sales report for properties sold in a particular area and properties of a particular usage. Their website was a bit confusing and I didn't realise there were more options available. I did call before submitting and complained of the site being both confusing and recalcitrant but wasn't told about further options which I needed. The report came back useless to me and I called again. Intially I was told I would be given a free new report and I'd get a call to confirm that within the hour. Nearly 3 hours later and no call. Then when I rang again they decided they wouldn't give me a new report for free. Cost me hours of time waiting for a call that didn't eventuate.
Mean spirited, dis-functional monopoly. No wonder the Government is wanting to sell it.
