Lancelin Caravan Park

Highly recommend for kite surfers. 150m walk from our van to the kite spot. Clean toilets and showers. Modern kitchen facilities. Lots of wind, flat water and waves.

We came here with our camper trailer for a 3 night stay. It was so windy we had to pack up and leave a day/night early. People next to us had to move sites as they couldn’t cook or do anything because of the wind. People lost their gazebos, tents are down it looks like a storm ripped through. There should be a disclaimer when booking stating that it’s so windy. The beach is unusable as you just get sand blown and it’s $60 a night which is pretty steep for what you get. There’s signs in the bathroom that state no refund so I’m not even going to bother asking for one. Very disappointed.

Great last minute overnight stay. Lots for kids to do with a activity room (table tennis, board games books and Nintendo switch), bouncy pillow, playground, swimming pool and a few steps away from the beach. There is a lovely cafe across the road for breakfast. Quick tip if you are tenting it and want to be away from the wind don't choose to stay on the beach front, got might end up kite surfing with your tent hehehe. It can get quite windy and you will see lots of kite and wind surfers.

LOVED this park. Staff were friendly and helpful. Toilets on the beach side are better than the ones in the middle. Camp kitchen also great.

Schöner Caravan Park als Start wen man von Perth kommt, da ca 140km weit entfernt. Wir haben eine Nacht in Lancelin verbracht. Die WC und Duschen sind sauber, die Küche ebenfalls. Das Personal ist freundlich.

When i checked in the manager laughed at my name i booked under as he thought it was fake. Super long walk to the only toilets for such a large poorly maintained campsite. Will not be back!

Very good place for a break. Wonderful location just in front of the beach. Kitchen, bathroom and toilets very very clean.

My group made a booking at spot we thought would be nice when we arrived the receptionist tried to move our group because of people who just rocked up which is unacceptable. Receptionist was also rude. Fun isn't allowed. Wont be coming back

Pretty poor place, alot of permanent residents quite run down shacks, depending where you are located we had at least a 5 minute walk to toilet and showers, very basic no facilities just a shower, they say dog friendly but on east camp it isn't fenced off to sailing club next door and locals passing with dogs off leashes and anyone can enter from road as not secure so not private at all, manager has extreme arrogance overall would not return to this site

Spent a lovely few days here, very clean and well keep toilets and showers. Recommend this caravan park over n over again.

Great location for a small weekend getaway for people living in Perth and the surrounding area. Came here the first time a few years ago when it was under old management, where we received amazing service and a super warm welcome. However under the new management upon arrival the reception was rather frosty.
After some well deserved festivities post campsite set up we received complaints of noise at a respectable hour on a Friday, leading to us being asked to vacate the premise the following morning. Cooperating accordingly we were refused a refund for our next nights stay at this location. As a group coming for a weekend getaway which required significant planning and money, being denied a refund for half of our booking price isn't really cricket. Utterly poor experience here and will not be back!

Also the showers had no hot water or pressure

Location is good but the camping are is not nice. Kitchen and playground is far away from the camping area. They are renovating some areas at the moment, maybe will be good after they renovated.

It is in a great spot, however the park itself is run very poorly.
The amenities are not looked after, only one out of four showers was available and working, no hand towel or dryer available in the toilets, only one of the BBQs was working.
Unfortunately I had to explain to my young child what the funny smell in the toilet block was as there were drugs being smoked and paraphernalia left in there! When mentioned to park attendant he just dismissed it.
WONT BE GOING BACK

Totally recommend staying here. The upgrades on the toilets and camp kitchen are to be seen. Was going to stay 1 night, finished up staying 2 nights

Best camp spot in lancelin for sure clean big sites on the beach and the staff are very polite and helpful

This place is lovely petty. It is so near to the lancelin sand dunes, so convenient. In the morning, plus the cool sea breeze and flying birds, suitable for photo taking. The toilets and kitchen are near to the site, and all are in clean condition.
