Lancelin Beach Breaks - Holiday accommodation

Chris was amazing finding us accommodation at 15mins notice. We booked a house through another company that was disgusting and unsafe. We called after 5pm and was in a beautiful comfortable clean wheelchair accessible house within half an hour. It made our holiday!

These guys are always super helpful. We often just come up for 1 night and they have always accommodated us. We've been going through these guys for lano trips for almost 10 years!

Have been using these guys for years! Best accommodation and best service! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Plus so wonderful they are pet friendly! Thanks guys and make sure you visit the Lancelin sands hotel!

A large group of us stayed across two homes rented to us by Lancelin Beach Breaks. They were extremely accommodating to our needs and helped us choose the right houses to suit our requirements. They are kind, professional, helpful and all round brilliant. Will definitely be using them again!

Chris and team are a service above! We have dealt with them many times and it's the little things that make them amazing! The Cleaning service is fantastic and the team is always available to help no matter the task from being on-call to replace gas bottles, emptying bins, changing batteries, light bulbs, giving additional sheets etc if we had forgotten.
Even providing tea/coffee/sugar/toilet paper if we had ran out! Bloody top stuff! Thanks guys, we will be back again and again!

Excellent customer service from first contact and extremely helpful and friendly. Room is very well equipped and neat and tidy. Such a lovely, happy and caring environment. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. Excellent location and value for money.

It's great to know that each time we come up there everything is always excellent - the accommodation is clean and reasonably priced, the lawns are mowed and you even showed us how to use the BBQ. Great company and highly recommended. The house was very nice, clean and everything was well maintained. Additionally, my wallet went missing and couldn't be found anywhere. Chris visited the house to take a look and found it in a very unusual spot. He even personally dropped it back to our house in Perth which blew us away. Outstanding service! We had a large group for a weekend in Lancelin and Chris at LBB was really help full finding us a suitable property, and providing a few extra things we needed e.g Eskies, wheelie bins etc. The house was really tidy and was perfect for what we needed. 5 Stars, will definitely refer friends and family.
