Lammy's Multi Service

My item was ruined by Lammy’s dry cleanings.

I think they are all right for very basic dry cleaning like suit pants etc. My Evening gowns were not cleaned properly. My Big papas cushion was simply ruined and all stains were not removed. The worst all padding is dislocated and cushion to be thrown away now. What a waste.

Now it was my last experience with them. Sadly need to find someone more reliable in the area.

Been going to Lammys for years now. They are consistent in what they promise and deliver. Naturally their costs like everyone else has risen, but compared to other alternation services they are reasonable. You get a consistent service quality, polite customer care, and reasonable turnaround times. Highly recommended.

Had dry cleaning here and jacket ruined. Didn't realize until I got home but all the waterproofing was damaged.

I put my jacket to alter, they didn't let me know that they are gonna be closed end of December and now I have event in few days and I cant pick up my jacket. They dont even have a contact number which I can reach them on. If anyone knows how I could get in contact with them will be appropriated.

Wonderful and friendly customer service, with affordable prices and great detail and dress making skills. Have had many alterations ranging from standard alterations to more expensive designer dresses. Have been happy with every experience, and constantly recommend this to my family and friends - its even worth the drive all the way from Fremantle:)

I have been a loyal customer for many years and shocked to find out that Lammy’s was sold to some guy supposedly called ‘Don’ who has increased the prices by 35%. Who does this guy think he is buying a family owned business and thinks that he can rip off the Mayland’s community like this. Avoid at all costs.

Came here after several of my friends recommended Lammy’s to me. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. I’ll be back for future dry cleaning and alterations.

Have been a loyal customer for close to 20 years. Was a great place for valued service and a fair price. Especially useful for those unusual repairs and always welcomed with a friendly smile. Since the new owners the place has radically changed, prices are expensive and the interest in doing repairs has really disappeared. Customer service is non existent. What a shame such a good business based on years of good service is ruined in only a few months of new ownership. Won't be going back.

I'm sorry to see Lammy retire, but if anyone deserves a great retirement, it's Lammy.

I have been a loyal and regular customer of Lammy's for decades. Lammy provided fast professional alterations at fair prices. I liked the way, also, that he'd put your jacket on a hanger - even if you delivered it in a bag. Lammy's was a thriving business and the place to go if you wanted to avoid the extortionate alteration services provided at Westfield shopping centres. However, Lammy sold his business a few months ago. It may still be called Lammy's, but it's no longer the same business model. Don the new owner raised prices immediately - just a tad. However, on my last visit I was appalled, when checking my docket, to find the price for hemming sleeves on a jacket had increased by 35% - in one week! The worst part was that there was no mention of the price hike during hand over - just the presumption on Don's part that he is entitled to charge whatever price he chooses. After so many years of loyal and mutually satisfying transactions, I am truly disappointed; and am now in need of an honest and reliable tailor. I would appreciate recommendation in the Maylands, Bayswater area.

Got our expensive ($600+) Doona cover cleaned here, just opened it to put back on to the bed and they have given us a completely different one back. No feathers in it and brought from Kmart. Absolutely Devastated and disappointed that you can’t trust this company. DO NOT GO HERE. We are taking matters further as this is just not fair or acceptable.

I use Lammy's for my dry cleaning agent & they have very reasonable prices. Also, i occasionally i bring in clothes for repair & their prices are really cheap!

I had alterations done recently and u guys did a fantastic job also keys cut they worked like a dream.well done.

Absolutely shocking quality of work! When I pointed out about poor quality and asked to fix it, I have been told to pay again. If you value your time and your clothes bit, go elsewhere!
