Popped in half an hour before closing time on a Saturday. Fantastic and friendly help from Brenda Malcolm (interior design consultant) and we left feeling we now had a direction to follow. Superb thank you.

I visited the Osbourne park showroom on a Monday after being recommended from my work colleague to visit the store. We’re currently in the process of building 3 homes. The team were so willing to go above and beyond and I can not express how fantastic they were. So grateful as I had been dreading choosing so many selections but the ladies there made it so easy and enjoyable. Thank you again!

Such a beautiful studio with amazing and talented staff. I went into Laminex to get ideas for my kitchen renovation and was astonished at the help I received. I couldn’t recommend Laminex enough.

Built my house in 2010 and had the benchtop crack entirely through the benchtop in 2013. Had the supplier come out and repair it after giving a suggestion that you can't use a wok on the wok part of the cooktop. (WOW)
The crack re appeared in 2014 approx in the same location and was told that the cook top needed a shroud around it.
The crack again got repaired.
It again cracked and each time they keep shifting the blame onto another person / installer but never the product itself.
Well surprise, surprise. Guess what's happened late last year 2020. It cracked again and it's now September and not only was I told it will be done in first half of the year but still not fixed. When I raised the repair with the Installer, I was given a very rude email on behalf of Laminex - Peter practically blaming me for using the bench incorrectly and it basically is my fault the product cracked each time. The inference can be drawn that I should not use a cook top as it's my fault it cracked.
Not only is the customer service an issue but the after sales is of a greater concern let alone the customer service skills by Peter. Laminex, I don't doubt that you will push this under the carpet as you have already done the last 3 times but a phone call wouldnt go astray. Just for the record, a formal complaint has been lodged with Consumer protection ombudsman and HIA. Happy to withdraw this complaint if it's fixed satisfactorily.

Can not that thank the 2 employees who helped we today enough, have forgotten their names, but a man and lady who gave me so much information and help and sent me through pictures so I could see what I was getting as I live 2 hours away. Thanks guys you made a very stressful situation alot easier!

To the girl that served me today, i wished I had asked your name (long dark hair) you were amazing, helpful, knew your products and when given an overhaul of what theme was wanted and what was in the surrounding area help make my choices perfect all within 15 mins. You are a master of the right inspiration. Thank you, I'm truly happy with my choices, doubt isn't any whisperin my thoughts!

Excellent getting to see all the selections of cabinets, finishes and stone types. What I did not appreciate was the implication that maybe I couldn't afford the upgrades I wanted.

A company who can't keep up it's online opening hours is a nuisance and a timewaster. Says open Saturday - closed when we got here. Surely the busiest day? There are so many people arriving and they obviously feel as irrate as I do.

Prue was fantastic so helpful, friendly and gave me some great advice. Well worth the trip, definately recommend going to the show room.

Extremely helpful staff, gave us samples to take home, helped with colour choice, ran to check pricing with our country agent, and maked sure we knew where to order from. Could not recommended highly enough thankyou.

Laminex are very helpful with your colour selections for stone or laminate benchtops, cupboard doors, splashbacks etc.

Great selection of cabinets coverings and benchtop friendly stores assistant all cluded-up on latest products.
