I recently booked a full body massage (Abhyanga) followed by a herbal steam and can highly recommend this treatment. It was Divine and I really appreciated the care of my practioner, as she asked me every step of the way if I was comfortable with the pressure or heat etc It's been a difficult year with lots of stress and grief and I was able to release both emotionally and physically, which allowed me to relax deeply. Needed to drink alot of water afterwards but felt amazing. Slept well too.

I have no hesitation in recommending Lakshmi Ayurveda. Karin's expert guidance and training flows through to the therapists (in this case Alice, who gave a beautiful treatment). The abhyanga massage followed by the steam box is a deeply nourishing experience. Be sure to have nothing planned afterwards so that you are able to rest.

Today I’ve had my first Pinda Sveda treatment with amazing Roberta at the Lakshmi clinic. It was SOO lovely! Roberta is caring and made me feel comfortable and peaceful.
I always have cold hands and feet so for me the hot bundles felt deeply relaxing with the cherry on the top - the smell of the lemons in the room.
I am grateful I’ve experienced this treatment and will book some more!

From the first moment Alice started the session it was so relaxing and blissful and the steam box was a great way to finish on a cold winters day. I would highly recommend this.
