Kaitlyn is fantastic she has helped my partner, myself and even my 4 month old whose had constipation. Kaitlyn does massage and laser therapy on my baby which has helped immensely. Cannot recommend her enough

My first appointment was with Puan for remedial massage. I could barely move my neck and lower back and after the massage I felt a good 50% better. Thankfully my previous chiropractor decided to treat me as a number so I made an appointment with Kaitlyn for chiropractic care and over the last few weeks I have improved astronomically. I can honestly say that I have NEVER had such great work done on my back and muscles. Between these two ladies working on me, I feel like a whole new person. I no longer have constant back and neck pain and can actually move. Puan and Kaitlyn, thank you.

I’ve been going here for a few months now, I went for my back and I mentioned the problem with my foot. And kaityln was the only person I’ve seen that has taken the time to try and sort the issue. I’ve seen doctors, I’ve seen physio and they just kept sending me for needles and hadn’t tried to work on my foot. I went from pain daily to pain once a week. My life is slowly getting back to normal I can even wear heels again! Thanks team

Highly recommend-been with Dr Jayden for 2 or so months and noticed a considerable difference in my body functionality in regards to back flexibility and tightness. He’s been awesome in the short span of time I’ve been here.

Been seeing Josh now for a few months now. First attended with terrible back pain which he quickly sorted out. Now we are working together to fix the underlying faults which contributed to the original problem. Highly recommend.

I called on short notice saw Sam he was professional and very helpful and was genuinely concerned about my injury’s he didn’t rush me in and out and actually spent time working on my concerns I’ve seen him a few times in a short period of time and I’m very happy with what service he has provided and will continue to go and see him when I need my alignments I went to him with foot and back problems he has helped with both. I have been seeing Kaitlyn at Lakeside Chiro for about a year now. Everytime I leave the clinic, I feel so relaxed and free; my tight and stiff muscles and joints from carrying a heavy toddler always disappeared after a session with Kaitlyn. I like the convenient location and easy online booking system too. I recommend this place to my family and friends all the time!

Highly recommend Kaitlyn (chiropractor) and Puan (masseuse). For the past 3 1/2 years they have both been treating me for a back injury sustained from a bad car accident. What they have done for me and continue to do, the treatment and care they provide, is above and beyond what I’ve received from numerous other treating professionals. I will continue to see them, even if it means travelling 15hrs from Tom Price.

I have been working (as a patient) with Josh for about 6 months and have found him to kind, patient and approachable.

As someone with a complicated health history I have found his approach to be very refreshing, with a focus on initial pain relief to restore quality of life followed by a clear plan and timeline for improvements.

He has explained all treatments and diagnoses in a understandable, clear and professional way that didn't overly simplify or give me unrealistic expectations, although I can say my expectations were exceeded at every turn.

As a female patient I have struggled at times to get medical professionals not to dismiss, minimise or patronise the health concerns I bring to them. Josh has gone above and beyond in a way that is genuinely refreshing, and I felt in control and consulted the entire process.

Can’t recommend enough! I come here for many reasons from my kids’ sports injuries to my stiff neck from too many hours in front of the computer, and I am always happy with the service.

Joshua, one of the chiropractors there has been very helpful over the past few months. Not only has aided with any injuries I've had but also provides good chat during the session. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful.
