I’ve been twice now and had a massage with Chrystal both times, she is the most caring, gentle and understanding masseuse I have ever seen! She explains why she is doing a particular movement and explains how different methods can help with different ailments. I can’t recommend her more and she is the absolute best masseuse around!

I had been to a few different chiropractors before I saw Ben. My partner and myself have been seeing Ben for a few years now. Ben is very knowledgeable and has helped the both of us with our issues. Ben uses a lot more techniques than other chiros I've seen such as needling and shockwave therapy.

Had my first session with Daniella today for remedial massage therapy. I am generally quite hesitant and tend to tense up and be in more pain after a massage and struggle to walk. But with daniella she made me as comfortable as possible and it was definitely a positive experience and felt alot more relaxed and calmer. Already booked in my next appointment. Highly recommend her very professional and very knowledgeable and happy to help you.

We have been seeing Ben for the last 5 years from the old practice to his own practice and he is definitely worth his weight in gold. Very likeable, friendly, professional, helpful and always puts his clients health and needs first and is very patient. Will not do anything that is uncomfortable for you.
