Lake Adams Pet Resort

My gorgeous girl Lilly had never been boarded before, infact shes 5 and never even spent a night away from home.
Lilly stayed just shy of 3 weeks with lake adams, she is a pretty anxious dog and the staff were aware of this, they took great time with her and bonded with my princess, when I went to pick her up she was almost showing off her new friends to me!
Lake adams was a comforting place for us to board Lilly, they were communicative and accommodating, sue and the team even helped Lilly come out of her shell! 10/10 would recommend

Fantastic down to earth quality pet care. They looked after our daughters’ cat for 7 nights. We were super pleased with how they treated her, and we could tell she was well-loved by her temperament when we picked her up

My two small dogs stayed there four days they stayed in the standard kennel together and had a lovely stay. I would definitely leave my fur babies here again. Friendly and professional service. Thank you:)

The very best. Our boy was given the best care whilst he was on holiday at Lake Adams. Sue was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this place. Already rebooked for next year!

It was my first time using a boarding kennel and was a little nervous as my dog Bess is a little nervous around strangers.
Sue advised I should bring her out for a few trial runs before I went away.
Sue was great so confident and reassuring.
Bess stay was 10 days and on my return she was fine, still shy of people but had a great time with the dogs.
She was happy to be home of course and settled in straight away without showing any behavioural issues.
Thanks very much Sue and team for looking after my bestie so well.
Will definitely use Lake Adam Pet Resort again.

Worst experience, won't recommend to anyone if you care about your dog. They left collar on my dog for 3 days who came back with bleeding around neck. Last time he was left there he came back looks like being drugged and not himself. Vet Bill was over $300 to recover from the stay there.

I have messaged this company twice through Facebook Messenger asking for some help and assistance, and I just keep being left on seen

No customer service. We had to call them few times to get proper answers. And even when dogs were left there they had not returned my calls for any updates on my dogs. We had 2 dogs staying there but they were never the same when came back home. Wouldn't recommend

As soon as we arrived and spoke with Sue we were immediately at ease about leaving our boys. Highly recommend for the care and love they have for all dogs (even the crazy, anxious ones like ours).

Our Harry and Maddie loved their 3 week stay with Sue and her amazing team. It's usually a traumatic experience for our fur family and their humans.us, but for the second timein a row they had a great time.

My boy Sammie goes to Lake Adams each time we travel out of Perth and we cannot take him with us. Sue at Lake Adams is actually the only person that accepted to take Sammie. Sammie is fearfull and anxious and can manifest aggressively if not careful. But Sue knows how to deal with him and he is always happy to see Sue and he trusts her. They also have a great play area! We are really happy for this and thank you Sue!
21 September - once again Sammie had a great stay at Lake Adams. I am just so grateful to Sue for having him.

Just returned from overseas trip and our two dogs were returned in excellent condition after nearly three weeks. We definately will use Lake Adams the next time we travel. We highly recommend their care for and treatment of animals left with them.

100% recommend this pet resort. They were amazing with our 1 year old german shepherd. The facilities are wonderful and was always clean when we came to visit or collect and drop off. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for friendly service with people who genuinely care about your pet. Our dog came home happy and healthy without feeling stressed or neglected. Will be using again.

Sue and the team really look after your furry friends. My dog is almost disappointed when I come to pick him up.
