Brilliant professional service from all staff, especially as I did not have an appointment.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a drs ever in my entire life, person I had the appointment with was so rude and very unhelpful during my phone consultation. Downright refused to organise me an e-script even though the entire reason I booked a phone consultation was because I had Covid and couldn’t come in. A complete waste of time and money. Try to find somewhere else if you can.

Had an appointment with Dr Maribole for my newborn today (still under 6 weeks so unvaccinated) we arrived at at 9: 15 for a 9: 20 appointment. After waiting for 30 minutes we went to check for the long waiting time and got told that the doctor had interviews but it would not be long anymore. After waiting for another 30 minutes (total wait time 1 hr with an unvaccinated child) we left and cancelled the appointment on the spot.
This is a disgrace in dealing with you pations especially with a newborn. Don't make appointments if you can't stick to them especially with vulnerable patients.

I struggled to get a walk in urgent GP visit for my little one in the area, as we are new to the area, but this practice was so accommodating and welcomes walk ins.
The reception staff were both lovely when we arrived, wait times short and Dr Francis was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Stacked my pushbike and was able to be seen xrayed diagnosed and treated very promptly and bulk billed. Brilliant.

I’ve been to other medical centres around Perth and in Queensland and Dr Sam at Lagoon has been the best GP I’ve ever been too. Time and time again, I leave feeling like I’ve been heard and looked after by Dr Samual.
I referred my freinds to Dr Sam and they also say he’s been one of the best GP’s they have seen:)

Friendly & very efficient, Marieka & Dr El-Alamein were great to deal with and would recommend the Medical Centre to anyone.

Great bunch of professional doctors there, friendly and helpful staff, all your medical needs are in one place, scans, blood tests, nursing area etc.
And most importantly i can always get in on the day i need to see a doctor, even if it isn't my regular doctor. Highly recommend!

I know the doctors are still wearing masks but trying to understand what they are saying can be a it difficult

Dr Anwar Jawad, what a lovely lady, easy to talk to very professional and thorough, made me feel so at ease.

I have been a patient of Dr. Charles for several years now, and I cannot speak highly enough of the level of care and attention that I have received from him. From the moment I walk into the clinic, I am greeted with a warm smile and friendly demeanor from the reception staff, which sets the tone for the entire visit.

Dr. Charles is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to listen to my concerns and questions. He is thorough in his examination and explanation of any medical issues I may have, and I always leave his office feeling reassured and well-informed about my health.

What sets Dr. Charles apart, in my opinion, is his ability to truly connect with his patients. He has a compassionate and empathetic approach to medicine, which puts me at ease and makes me feel like I am in good hands. He genuinely cares about my well-being and goes above and beyond to ensure that I am receiving the best possible care.

Overall, I cannot recommend Dr. Charles enough. He is an outstanding GP who has helped me to maintain good health and quality of life, and I am grateful to have him as my doctor.

Love this practice, the staff are always welcoming with a smile, I find the Drs are caring and thourough. Nowhere else for me and my daughter

Dr Sarah is such an amazing doctor who takes time to understand your concerns. I highly recommend Sarah especially if you want to see a female doctor.

Bulk Billing gone for the majority from next week. I never had any problems with the treatment I receive at Lagoon but $75 for a standard 10 minute consult from February 2023 is a bit rich. That's in fact $450 an hour and considering that my consultations are always around 5 minutes, that actually works out to around $900 per hour. Maybe bulk billing at $39.75 was a bit low but to almost double that charge to $75 per 10 minute consult is nothing short of a blatant rip off.

My extremely sick 4 year old daughter was denied care from this practice and Dr. Francis simply because she had a fever, although was testing negative on a RAT for Covid-19 and was told to go elsewhere or to the hospital instead of their practice. Unacceptable and disappointing

The best practice I have ever been to, bar none. The staff are super friendly and actually seem to care about you! Doctors are amazing too, especially my doctor, Sam Beh. My diabetes is now in remission, and general health is better thanks to this amazing team. I highly recommend them
