La Pagnotta reviews
44The food is awesome but some of the female staff members are just so rude. Bit of respect while taking my money isn't that much to ask really.
Casual place we found by accident after getting off at the wrong bus stop! Great Pizza! Not expensive either.
I absolutely love the pizzas here as well as the bread. It's mainly a factory more than a cafe, so it's a grab on run style location for me.
I work in the area and have purchased lunch a few times now, sad to say that the customer service that I have encountered was disgusting, it’s disrespectful to treat customers with such rudeness. The food was quality but based on the treatment, I won’t be back to give you my money and support. I certainly won’t recommend the Business to colleagues/friends. If you can’t provide pleasant service maybe retire or find a position where you don’t deal with people.
Great place for some amazing food! Their Pizzas are their speciality, with a couple of other dishes!
The freshest pizzas in the region! Doesn't mind a roll or two if you're lucky enough to get your hands on the veal!
Just got one of your pizzas at farmer jacks in Forrestfield.
Totally discusting. Bought a meat lovers, a few pieces of stringy ham and a couple of sliced bacon pieces.no other meat.
La Pagnotta offers great choices of both sweet and savoury foods - deeply rooted in their italian traditions (I had to have an espresso while there and it was a great experience overall)
We have been buying these pizzas from our local Farmer Jacks in Gwelup for years. They used to be so good that we wouldn't buy any other brand. Recently, however, they have been consistantly dry and lacking in their usual high quality. What's changed? Anyone else having the same experience?
Fresh take-home pizza bases were a hit with my fussy vegetarian daughter. My pepperoni and jalapeno slice was very good too.
Things have changed.unfortunately for the worse!
Since the last time I went (3mths ago), yesterday I was disappointed. Most of all: the pizza was not fresh!
On a hygienic point of view: I saw flies going from one pizza to the other.
I guess dust gets on the pizza too! The same goes for the bread they have exposed on a wooden wall shelf.
Owner should install enclosed glass cabinets with sliding doors.for both hot and cold food!
I had to walk out and buy lunch somewhere else.
Taste is not too bad; at least the bit that is actually "there". I really had not intended to spend $5 on not much more than air. Not happy.
What's worse is that a friend dropped this off for me as I am in isolation for another 5 days. Now I still have nothing to make a sandwich with nor the money to go and get someone to get me something decent instead.
(also, "authentic" sourdough does not contain yeast. This clearly does.)
Discrimination to those exemt from wearing a mask. Very rude lady behind the counter who clearly is ignorant to the actual law. Will never be back. I refer to the Privacy Act 1988 94H. A mandate or directive is not Law.
Yeah everyone loves it but me personally I'm a cheese lover and I'm not a fan of. Your cheese sorry
I just bought Seeded Paesano Authentic Saurdough from La Pagnotta. I am long time sourdough bread lover. This one has absolutely no trace of any sourdough taste. Its white fluffy pane di casa style bread. I am guessing its an error in labelling/packaging. If not then its completely misleading and buyers should be aware.
It's ok but I didn't really like it I rather go IGA Morley store at Wellington road an get it from there
Great pizza and bread and service with a smile,
Dine in and have a real Italian coffee and cake or take it to go. Good eating
In recent times the bread has been far from acceptable. Recently a loaf of sour dough (Paesano loaf) was undercooked and when cutting into it the knife came out sticky and wet. Other times and very frequently the bread is burnt on top and hence is dry. I have been buying bread from this place since the last traditional Italian bakery in Perth shut its doors in 2015. I am sorry to say this but the bread in recent times has been far from satisfactory and frankly it's been awful. I am hoping that this improves as they have the recipe to produce a great loaf of bread.
Always full with a long queue whenever I have visited.
Thanks to the staff the wait is never to long.
Highly recommended as well worth visiting.
A few extra staff would be a five star.
