The team at La Hollywood are amazing. They are so talented and will go above and beyond to make you feel relaxed and unwind & will meet any request. They are friendly, professional & time efficient. I am so happy with my Christmas nails. I will not go anywhere else!

I had gel manicure 3 weeks ago and they're still intact like it was just done yesterday. Their staff were all so nice and friendly. They will let you pick a design and will copy as it is. I live in the States and I went to Perth for a holiday and the experience I had in this nail salon was even better than some of the salons here. I definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely appalling service and quality - I walked in with my sister at 7.45 pm on a Thursday night as two of the workers were walking out - they seemed to be very annoyed that they had to stay and complete two full sets. My nails cracked the same night, I've never seen sns shatter before but mine did including 2 nails breaking completely within 7 days. I went back and asked for them to be redone - was told they would repair however I demanded a full new set. Did not received an apology & instead was faced with attitude from the rude worker there. New set cracked by the time I walked back to my car to go home. Don't go here unless you want to waste your money.

I recently went and had a pedicure and also SNS with shellac done on my nails and it was a really poor job. My nails had already chipped one day later and the SNS is all bumpy. I have huge dips in the middle of 2 of my nails. Some nails aren’t even fully painted. I paid over $115 and feel totally ripped off. I didn’t realise at the time or would of said something. Safe to say I won’t be going back.

Would never go back there nails look like i have had them on a week its the day after lumpy bumpy not nice at all

So friendly, efficient, accomodating and GREAT at their job.my friends and i asked for specific styles and they lived upto our pinterest pins.we got Hailey Bieber nails, flower patterns and gold chrome french tip and we all went home IN LOVE! So so impressed

Always do an amazing job! Been doing my nails for years never turned down a request when I asked for some hectic designs for nails haha. Always so lovely, quick and do amazing job. Been coming here since I was 15 and I have been too many other salons and this one is definitely the best always do a good job ️️

Absolutely amazing service, super friendly and prompt. My nails are always done to a high quality and level. They are more then happy to try new styles you have even if they havent done it yet and last awhile before I have to come back. The staff are friendly and so very welcoming, I highly recommend this place.

Clean, friendly and well priced. Walked in for manicure and polish without appointment and did not have to wait long. Will definitely be back.

This place is just amazing, with friendly staff who are always up for a challenge the artwork i have walked out with is always perfect, they don't ignore you and talk amongst themselves they try engage everyone in conversation would 100% recommend trying this salon out

Waited for an hour to get one nail fixed, and the nail was horribly done. The staff are very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. If no star was an option I would give that.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I got a full set of acrylics here less than two weeks ago and three have already come off. The ladies were rude when I was in there and I felt super rushed. The nails themselves were shaped unevenly because two different ladies did the filing on each hand at the same time. The nail art was just some french tips - they were also super uneven and the gel polish was patchy because they didn’t bother to put another coat. They have drilled so far into my natural nails I now have huge dents in my natural nails that hurt quite a bit when I was getting them done and are still red today so I’m going to have to wait until they grow all the way out so I can trim my nails.
I paid $75 (which is super expensive?) just to have to go to a different salon and get them all redone less than two weeks later (who were shocked at the state of my nails). They didn’t put any cuticle oil on either.
Fair enough if you’re not having a good day or something but the ladies here need to at least try to make their customers feel welcome and a little bit more care with their work so that they’re customer is getting what they paid for.

AVOID! CUTICLE INFECTION.
HORRIBLE. RUDE. DIRTY. POOR HYGENE, UNPROFESSIONAL. I was yelled at, had to get nails redone elsewhere and told MY NAILS had been machine filed to almost RAW SKIN and it did HURT but I did trust them with their high star reviews which are questionable. Shaped wrong. I was second customer first thing in the morning and old nails and dirty towels over floor with baskets from day before I had to step over to wash my hands with no hand soap, moisturiser as they didn't bother with cuticle oil (another review noticed this). I am going to complain to store management, health dept, and consumer protection with General Practioners certified infection of nals. DISGUSTING!

Although the end result was still satisfactory, I noticed the customer service wasn't great and I felt rushed and pressured the whole time (from choosing a colour to drying the nails). I think they need to work on the atmosphere they create within the space.

Rushed me through when it was quiet and not near closing time. Nails are wobbly, different lengths for both thumb nails and there's drops on acrylic that was never filed off. The tips of my nails weren't painted either nor did they even prep my nail at all! Up close you can tell they didn't care at all about the job which is a huge shame. I'd also recommend not to go if you have any sensory issues because instead of asking or communicating with you they tap you on the hands and shoulders which is incredibly unprofessional. The only thing I did like was the design put on my nails which they actually took their time with. For $85 I expected much better quality and I will not be returning
