Great coffee and tasty bagels inside or outside seating with plenty of greenery and a flower shop. Staff are always smiling and busy.

Girls are so nice, alway chirpy, flowers are just Devine, Bagels are the best. I visit often. If in Albany on holiday do yourself a favour. BTW the coffee's are fabulous

Love the ambience, the service, the coffee and the bagels! La Botanic is my fave go-to cafe during my work stay in Albany. Visited almost every morning and even after work and they never disappoint! Afforfable pricing and the plants and flower arrangements are all so gorgeous. Can’t wait to come back!

Had a lovely coffee, vanilla slice and very tasty rosemary bagels there. The place is all green, full of plants and beautiful flower arrangements. Definitely recommend, it was perfect for this Sunday morning coffee date!

I'm in a long distance relationship and the capacity to do delivery has made gift giving so much easier and more of a surprise. She loves the flowers and chocolates that I send her. Their service demonstrates how they go the extra mile for customer satisfaction!

I bought my mother to this beautiful little cafe and shw ended up falling with her coffee out the front not only did thwy make her a new coffee she was given ice and a pillow to put her foot up.
This place is beautiful. Their staff were so wonderful in making my mum feel comfortable.

Was in Albany for the day, found this place. Loved it. The plants available there are amazing. The coffee was excellent and at the moment still served in real cups. I spoke with the Barista about some of my plant problems at home, she was very helpful and also very enthusiastic about house plants.
Definitely will go again when I’m down there.

I absolutely love the plants, coffee and social media presence you have, I think you have done a fantastic job in creating something different.
Unfortunately 4 of the 5 times over the last 6 months I have come in to purchase items (vouchers, wedding flowers, plants) the service has been horrible and the girls do not seem like they want to be at work at all. It is really dissapointing as on social media it’s so positive, up beat and you create an ideal peaceful sanctuary.however this is not the atmosphere that is given in the shop due to the service.it’s really disappointing as the first time I came in it was really lovely and the service was warm and welcoming.
Unfortunately this was the last time I visit.

Coffee was ordinary and served by unfriendly staff.

Just had the BEST coffee milkshake ever! So glad this place was recommended to us by a local! Also SO many beautiful indoor plants and pots! Will definitely be back - thanks guys!
