Kwolyin Camp reviews
39Wonderful very clean - flushing toilets & camp kitchen. Very peaceful and Shackleton nearby lovely town and history
It was really good.plenty of places to camp.good flushing toilets.however, lots of flys, would recommend bringing fly nets.
Awesome place to stay, flushing toilets, undercover gas BBQ, big caravan bays, nice walk trails.
A nice little camping area made from the remains of a town long gone. The facilities are excellent with toilets including disabled access, kitchen area with sinks to wash up and a large, clean and sheltered BBQ area.
Most sites are set up for caravans but there is a tent area also. We visited in January so the bush was all dried out but I WILL revisit in Winter/Spring.
Huge campground level parking bays easy access for our motorhome. Would be absolutely beautiful in the wildflower season
Very nice campground with clean facilities (toilets, sink, gas cooker & BBQs) and plenty of camping spots. Signposted walk trails from the campground. Max stay 72 hours / month.
Fantastic 72hr free camp. Clean large sites and the cleanest loos & camp kitchen I've seen in a free camp. Plenty of wood on the ground for a fire no need to cut trees down which is prohibited. Walk around the town that once was read the history.
Great camp site with BBQ and toilet facilities
Plenty of space for RV and Tents
Some TV phone service spasmodic
Very convenient and free camp site with flushable toilets, bbq, tables and a kitchen. It is also super clean. Has plenty of space and allows having a campfire. There are a couple of walking trails and rocks to climb. Glad we stayed there.
Great place for a 72 hour Bush camp. Clean new toilets, gas bbq and gas rings in camp kitchen. Fresh water. Can have an open fire between April and September. An old townsite to explore with notice boards. Well done Bruce Rock Shire.
Great facilities. Unfortunately a bush fire has burnt out the rock and surrounds. Also the surrounding scrub appears dead afterva long dry Autumn.
Amazing facilities for a free campsite. The hiking trails were nice, and quite empty during the week. Fires permitted for most of the winter months, and there is plenty of dead fallen wood to scavenge close to camp
Great free campsite! Has flushing toilets, permanent sheltered picnic tables, Gas BBQ and stove as well as bins
Great facilities considering its free (flushing toilet, kitchen). Lots of bugs and not much to do in the area.
Nice camping area with a fair amount of space between caps. It was nearly full when we arrived about 3pm. Some caravaners seemed to be occupying more space than warranted.
As an off road camping sight this place is tops. Plenty of room for caravans and campers, excellent toilets and camp kitchen the only thing that is needed is a dump site and more bins. The wildflowers are great at the moment.
Very nice, but bring own toilet paper, don't drop ur waste on the ground even if it's only ur caravan black water & try & leave the place at least as nice as u found it. Enjoy
A very large bush area to camp. Sites are large and not on top of each other. 2 flushing toilets and a small camp kitchen. 1 Disabled flushing toilet. Well maintained. Quiet. Very popular spot in warmer weather.
This is just an amazing place to camp. Not far from Perth either. Lovely quiet camp sites and always clean & tidy. There are flushing toilets and a camp kitchen attatched. If you enjoy bush camping with a twist this is the place. Lots of nature trails/walks and lots of history about the original town site.
