Always in great hands when seen by the medical professionals and staff at Alpha medical centre
My daughter and myself are new to this practice and visited last week, we would now never go anywhere else. Both Dr Flefel and Dr Williams were fantastic! Both great listeners and were very thorough Also the girl at the front desk I believe her name was Ange, was wonderful! Happy helpful with a touch touch of humour which, nothing was too much for her which made us feel very comfortable especially as my daughter suffers anxiety. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend the place!
I have seen both Dr Dixon and Dr Fleyfel both are excellent Drs and have assisted me with long term issues, that other Drs have dismissed. I feel so much better
Since. My only issue is they don't update their website regarding closures, trying to call and doesn't state when they are opening after nrw year either!
5 stars but should be 7. Dr Mogan and all the staff I have seen have been nothing short of exceptional.
I see Dr Fleyfel and he is awesome. Very good at listening, asking the right questions and delivering all the information in an understandable manner about the issue and his approach to solving it. Would definitely recommend this practice to others looking for a good doctor
Dr prendiville is a wonderful doctor, he has been the best and most thorough doctor I have seen. I appreciate everything he did for me and hope too see him again.
The doctors are great and the reception staff have always been wonderful and very kind even when they are quite busy. I highly recommend this clinic. They are always helpful and patient and I have no complaints at all. 5 stars:)
The staff are wonderful and make the practice a warm and inviting place. I've been seeing Dr Rosamogan for 2years. He is a very caring doctor who gives you his undivided attention. He is patient and kind and funny and is the best doctor I've ever had. Kwinana Practice is so lucky to have him as a doctor.
Dr. Jason Miller is thorough, well educated and of warm persona who genuinely wants to find the cause of the symptoms. It's great that this centre bulk bills all and a bonus that Dr. Miller is one of the medical staff here. The reception staff are also a delight to deal with.
Very happy with the service, being able to bulk bill is great, and I've never had delays in getting an appointment.
Busy and well regarded practice with most services on site. I have experienced short delays getting an appointment with my favourite doctor, but it's worth the wait for my health. The reception staff are the best I have ever met. All the doctors are conscientious and helpful. I have moved away and still travel to access this service.
Usually have no issue. However I called up requesting an appointment just so I could refill my scripts (both scripts refilled previously by two different doctors at this centre)
I was offered telehealth as nothing else was available for over a week. The doctor I had was an absolute nightmare. Didn't believe in what I had been prescribed for one of my scripts despite the fact I had proven results. Shoved their opinion in my face. And I ended up with only ONE out if TWO scripts and I realised after hadn't lowered the dosage like I had asked.
It's hard enough speaking to doctors. I don't need them pushing their beliefs in me, when what I have been given by two other GPs is actually working for me
Good practice that has handy opening hours and bulk bills. Most staff are very pleasant.
The biggest problem with this practice is that there's next to no continuity of care, with doctors leaving without warning all the time. Makes things very difficult if you have chronic conditions that require ongoing care, as most of the appointment is taken up by just getting the new doctor up to speed on your history.
If you’re in pain, avoid dr oluwatoyin adeyemo. She refused to prescribe painkillers that, after seeing other doctors, I was given tramadol and oxycodone for. She told me that Panadol and nurofen would be fine, and I ended up spending four hours in emergency in agony because of her.
Dr Muller spent most of the appointment lecturing me for taking a “bad and nasty” drug that I’ve been using without an issue for over three years, and was generally brusque and unpleasant
All other doctors and the nurses have been great
So hit and miss here.and if you suffer from depression, they won't do anything to help.except refer you to someone else
Very unprofessional.
I arrived early for my appointment, then waited 45 minutes before finally going to the desk and asking when my appointment would be.
They hadn't let the doctor know I was there.
Then they had the temerity to try and blame the wait on me ("Did you arrive late? Did you let us know you were here? Did you fill out the new patient form? ")
Not impressed - wouldn't have come if I could have gotten in anywhere else; won't come again.
I booked an appt with Dr Oluwatoyin Adeyemo today, and was disappointed.
I only go to Dr when sick and it’s not very often, the last time I was at the clinic was over 18mths ago.
I didn’t feel like I was listened to and pretty much just told come back if feel worse.
I had my temp checked (covid related), the dr only had my ears looked at when I mentioned they felt blocked. No exam (didn’t check glands or throat) or offer to do bloods or even a urine test. Even tho I kept saying I was feeling off and tired.
I had to ask for my BP to be checked prior to the end of consult it was not offered at all.
The Dr didn’t ask any additional question (stress/social issues) outside of if I am on any other medications.
Would not recommend, and felt the Dr was not very confident at all.
Waited about 20mins for my appt.
Doctor there is absolutely a disgrace. He should be in mental hospital. Absolutely shocking experience on my visit.
Apparently doctors dont remove stitches? Really? Only the nurse (who is sick and not currently working) is able to do this. Unable to drive to another medico due to injury i suppose the stitches will remain in for another few days. No help from these faux
