Have been coming to this doctors surgery for many years. Highly recommend Dr Mogan. Even though I moved away from the area 4yrs ago I will still drive an hour to come and see him

Excellent Consultation I felt all my concerns were listened to. Treatment worries were explained in a sympathetic way. My over all experience was good and worth driving nearly 1hr to see Dr Rasamogan Rasalingam (highly recommended).

Im new in Perth, and as a new and know nothing and scared of everything when I got pregnant just right after I came in Australia, a friend recommend this place to me, and I can say this place is really great. Outstanding from the reception to the Doctors. They will make you feel safe and comfortable. Love it when they always smile to everyone too. Make you feel alright at all.

Always felt safe and cared for here, many different illnesses cured multiple small issues, haven't ever seen a doc like mr mogan

This has been my family practice for almost 5-years now, and I have never had a bad experience. The reception staff are always polite and helpful, and Doctor Mogan and his fellow gp's have always listened, and provided the care I've needed.

I couldnt recommend this practice more:) The reception ladies are so lovely and understanding - and Dr Mah has been an outstanding, professional doctor to me. He listens attentively and thoroughly explains himself so theres mutual understanding. He has helped me and my health so much this year and I am extremely grateful. Thanks team

If I could give 0 stars I would, Would not reccomend dr. Bass if my life depended on it. This morning was my second time seeing this dr and both times i left extremely disgusted in her. She asked me what was wrong, I told her I have a fever and my tonsils are sore and puffy I can’t breathe or swallow or eat, she disregarded that and asked me about what birth control I was on, then asked why I have not come in for a Pap smear, I said I just haven’t had the time with just having a baby and a young child on school holidays it’s been hard and she goes well you should pay for a baby sitter or put them into day care for an hour and come here straight away, this all still has nothing to do with the reason I’m here so she checks me over, asks my weight and I told her and she goes do you exercise I said yes every day I go to the gym, and she goes oh and you’re still at this weight?
She then FINALLY looks at my throat and says to herself “mmm yes very inflamed” then prints me a script for antibiotics and says have a nice day. She didn’t even tell me what was wrong with me just told me what she was giving me and how to take it.she was more concerned about my Pap smear and birth controll than why I was so sick. The pharmacist filled out my script ended up checking me over again thoroughly and told me what was actually wrong with me and was appalled at the way I was just treated.

The faces, comments and looks she was giving me through my “consult” came across extremely judging and made me feel less than a human to her.

I saw Dr Charanjit. Absolutely fantastic doctor, possibly the best I’ve seen. She was both informative, helpful and easy to understand. Highly recommend

Love this practice, Dr Mogan is incredibly empathetic and considerate. The ladies at the front desk are the kindest and understanding women who go out of their way from my children and I constantly.

Receptionists are efficient.
Doctors (Anita, Mah, Morgan) have genuine care and even would do a follow up call.

Wait times are incredibly short. Patients feel welcome by the staff and treated with empathy by all.

Since I first saw Doctor Mogan, he has helped me change my life totally. He is always smiling. Loves a laugh. Dr Mogan is a genuine health professional who listens and explores alternative options rather than just writing out prescriptions for medication. Follow is lead and you will achieve positive results. I continue to recommend people to him. I cannot speak highly enough of him and his staff.

There is no doubt that the doctor is very professional, but the reception team is unprofessional and rude, especially the face-to-face communication, I hope you can change!

This is the worst place I've ever been. Rude, classless doctor. I don't recommend it, they treat people as if they weren't individuals, they only think about money.

Firstly, doctors are great.
The reception team are horrible to deal with and make the experience uncomfortable. Very rude on the phone, have no intentions to help resolve issues and constantly problematic. It makes it hard to see my doctor and I don’t feel comfortable coming to the practice.

Dr Mogan, Faith, Ang and the others are nothing less than 5 star. Great staff, great service. The only people I trust with my health. You should too.

Staff here are very friendly. And Dr. Nick is great, always takes the time to listen properly and is very thorough.
