Kwinana Chinese Restaurant

Great food adequate service dull decor. Would go again for the good food. One of those chinese where unless specifically mentioned in the name of the dish there are no veg.

I will never come here again. There were 6 of us. A staff member was rude and condescending. We had honey chicken and sweet and sour pork came out first, quite nice but it took 5 minutes for our "fried rice" which came out cold followed 5 minutes later with our next dish then another 5 minutes for the next dish followed by 2 minute intervals for the
other 2 dishes. We had to ask for our bowl of plain rice only for the waitress point to our special fried rice and TOLD us that that was our plain rice. Oops our bad seems we thought plain rice was plain rice but we were again TOLD no we are wrong we need to order steam rice Then when we went to pay they tried to over charge us over and above the 10%. That sorted out we stated we would not be back only to he told takeaway is better,

This is my GoTo Chinese restaurant. It looks dated but the food is always fresh, crispy and delicious. Staff are friendly, helpful and never hurry you up when ordering.

Very poor service, bad attitude servers. Food came out one plate at a time and was cold by the time we got the rest. Very small servings too.

My family are regulars, we have been coming here for a while but i’m assuming there is new owners because iv never been more disgusted in my entire life by the older asian lady.i would like to bring up that there are about 5 very very young girls behind the counter, and few look illegally to young to work.about 8-9 years old! Which is already a no no.we paid our meals correctly! Even with the 10% surcharge on top! But then had the older asian lady come out into the restaurant and full on scream at my sister infront of her young kids! Saying we owed her 6$ (i added it up correctly and so did the younger girls, we didn’t owe any extra) this older lady clearly had some built up anger or extra money for lord knows what.iv never been more embarrassed for my sister and disgusted in the customer service or lack of! Feral behavior on her part.i hope those younger girls go work for a more positive workplace and get treated better as well as the customers.we will never be returning and if the older lady see this, you should be ashamed.

We normally love this place. But the last 3 times we’ve been, we’ve been served by children well under the legal age of 15, and each time our order has been screwed up. Tonight took the cake though, they gave our order to someone else, then tried to tell my husband he had already taken his order. To say I was fuming is an understatement.

The food was to our expectations but the service was not up to the mark. To ask for a jug of still water thrice says it all. Its more a reflection on the management as there was only one staff attending to the diners and their takeaway business was noted to be thriving. A good chef cannot makeup for the running of an efficient restaurant unfortunately. Hence the three stars.

We ordered $200 of takeaway food when we got home we found it wasn't all there. We complained about food King Prawns chow mein is exactly the same as combination vegetables but with prawns. No noodles at all, chow mein is supposed to have noodles. The lemon chicken had no lemon sauce. They failed to deliver a resolution. To resolve this matter. We will never be going back and will not recommend this place to anybody.

Ordered garlic beef & special fried rice dishes from here. They told me to pick it up in 15 minutes which I did on time. I got home which is 5 minutes away and all the dishes/food were cold. I rang up to complain & they told me to put them in the microwave. I explained no I bought the food & it should already be hot. Their response was I was late picking my order up to which I wasn't and stated this to them. They were not at all pleasant, very rude & refused to resolve the matter. I've had Chinese from here previously but it has now deteriorated. NEVER will I get Chinese from here again. I've told family and friends also to not buy from here again.

Food was ok. Fried rice was a bit simpler than expected but noodles were very tasty. It is definitely a take away place for me. I wouldn't dine in, just personal preference, nothing wrong. I went on a Friday night and found that they needed to have an adult processing the order, maybe we came just during a night shift and the young girls may have been new. Other than that all average. May give it a second chance

Food was soooo good! Everything had beautiful flavour and portions were huge. We got takeaway and it took just over an hour but we rang ahead so I knew it would be that long, obviously so busy because everything is so good! We had satay chicken, lemongrass chilli beef, special fried rice, combination hokkien noodles and honey chicken battered. Everything was delicious. Staff were lovely too. We will definitely be back!

I like their fried rice and chicken curry x depending on who's cooking it x service is good too xx

I had wanton soup for lunch and it was just perfect. Delicious. This place is my goto for Chinese in the Kwinana area

The food was wonderful, very quick with cooking it, excellent helpers as well. Well done indeed.

Tasty food for the price (although honey chicken has no honey, should be called rice syrup chicken). Service is very good, people are lovely

Have never ordered from here before, The pork chow main, egg omelette, fried rice, was cooked with love. Would recommend this venue to anyone. They're a big Restaurant as well. I know where to go order when I'm in Kwinana.

The food is really tasty and the service is really lovely. The restaurant is clean but needs a little TLC and a bit final revamp

For the price good food with fair service but the ambience could take the rating to a higher level.
