Kustom Kennels

Got a new young dog that spent her first 12 months crated/penned, but our dogs are free-range. Aim was to get her out of the crate asap…but our old girl seemed to love the crate! Realised maybe we needed something but that clunky, sharp, ugly crate was not going to be it! Got onto Leigh about sorting something fit for the girls. Ordered the king suite…then the girls kept twinning up…made a late adjustment to add extra depth and it was accommodated no problem and with surprisingly little increase in $$! Kennel is now home and it’s turned into a real comfy, safe space for the pups, and looks tidy in the house. Very pleased with the decision to order, got a much better little house for them that they deserve without question! Small price for happy pups!

We recently purchased a Kustom Kennel and are so happy with our purchase. We live in NSW and could not find business that could provide what we were looking for at an affordable cost. After a lot of deliberation I contacted Leigh from Kustom Kennels to discuss what we were looking for and about shipping to nsw. Leigh was so helpful in helping us navigating our purchase and has provided us regularly with updates along the way.
Once ready Leigh organised shipping, and our kennel arrived this week. The workmanship is top quality and it is everything we could hope for.our fur babies love it and it is a great piece of furniture in our house. Thank you Kustom Kennels!

Bought the large double for my Benji boy, he absolutely loves the space, and the whole piece fits perfectly with our furniture.

Kustom Kennels built a lovely large double condo for our dogs. The overall quality of the condo, materials used etc is outstanding. It also looks really good and an upscale part of our home furniture now. Our dogs have a nice spacious room of sorts now, and it doesnt feel like your typical crate
I do have some suggestions which will truly make this a 5 star product. I do want to state we absolutely love the product and this is honest feedback
1. Product Delivery: Did not go as smoothly as expected and had to call to find out when the delivery was expected. Kustom Kennels were extremely prompt and sorted it out. However, the delivery was expected between 9 and 5pm but the van ended up arriving at 7: 30am in the morning and we werent ready as its quite big and heavy to move around
2. The website states the product is heavy and requires 2 people but trust me, you'd need at least 4 well abled people to unpack and move it around. We had quite a tough time getting it inside because of its size and weight
3. The closing doors dont sit neatly or snuggly once the locks are put in. It has a considerable give so when either of the dogs move and some part of their body rests on the doors then it makes noise when they move and the doors hit against the side. This startles the other dog wondering what the noise is. We are using make shift padding so the lock sits snuggly to avoid this noise when our dogs move

Leigh and the team at Kustom Kennels were sensational to deal with. Helpful, patient, informative - nothing was too difficult (and I was a truly painful / indecisive customer - sorry!). The end result was exactly what we had hoped for. Could not recommend them more highly.

Great service and quality, extremely happy to work with me, they were happy to make changes as needed so I we could create a vivarium for my lizards to live in. Its finally planted up now and ready for photos.

Fantastic small Western Australian business, the product and customer service is fantastic.
They walked through what would meet our needs having a big dog (bullmastiff) and the cost for each type of designs including cost saving options too.

Brilliantly made custom dog kennel for our Rottie. Our guests didn’t even realise it was a dog kennel till they saw her in it.

I cannot recommend Kustom Kennels highly enough. We are in love with our fur babies new 'palace'. It completes the look our newly renovated home - MUCH Nicer than their old scrappy metal one!

The customer service was incredible and the fact that they encouraged us to save so much on postage by having our crate delivered to a local courier warehouse just shows how customer driven they are.

Wonderful quality and workmanship in the finishes. Kustom Kennels were fantastic to communicate with for this custom design with our dimensions and finishes. The Snooza futon beds were the perfect addition for it. So happy with this purchase, would highly recommend. Delivery was quick from WA to NSW, delivered to the door and well packaged for transit.

The best decision ever. We had wire dog beds sitting in the living room and wanted to have something that fit in like a part of the furniture. We love it and the dogs enjoy the cozy space.

Excellent product. It’s exactly what we wanted and ordered. The dogs love it and it looks fantastic. It blends in perfectly with our home and furniture. You wouldn’t even notice it’s a kennel until you were up close.
