Kurdish Kebabs

The staff was polite and friendly.

Food is rediculously overpriced! Paid $24 for what is meant to be a large meat box which is like $10 from every other kebab shop and I seen the price of the extra large was like $33 and other kebab shops only charge $16-$17 for those, absolutely ridiculous

Amazing food…. Terrible customer service. The elderly guy who took my order was very rude and even went as far as telling a delivery driver that “these millennials think they can do whatever they want”. All I asked was for olives as well as the basic salad. I felt very embarrassed as this was in front of my friends as well. This man stares at me every time I walk past now, making me extremely i uncomfortable.

Ever since I moved here in Clarkson I've always ordered the delicious XL meatbox. You wouldn't believe the price then, ever since Covid, the price used to be $14 now its costing me $30 for an hour's worth of food. Unbelievable!

Best kebabs and meat box we have ever hadspecially being Kiwi's we love our food lol and the staff are the best, they always no what my partner wants in his meal and rap because I don't lol I'm just the one that goes in to pay and never no what he has in it at all so big thank you to these guys

What a PATHETIC experience!
Ordered via Uber Eats, saw that delivery was going to take almost an hour! We had contacted the delivery driver to ask if we could collect, he had no issues and we had no issues in still paying the delivery fee. My husband gets to the store and they absolutely REFUSE to hand over the food, despite us having proof that we’ve been in touch with the driver (and we’ve collected at other places too with no issues!) a young guy in the store was almost about to hand over our ALREADY MADE ORDER, but then the 2 older guys told him No! They made a huge issue out of nothing, the driver had 2 pickups, we were actually helping him out and again he’d still get paid for it! Nope Kurdish Kebabs decided to play hardball. We message the driver to ask him to continue with delivery for us. He get’s there and guess what? THEY CANCELLED OUR ORDER ON US, EVEN THO IT WAS ALREADY MADE! Seriously? The poor driver called us, Explained it was cancelled (first we heard about it!) and so I ask to speak to shop staff, some complete and utter idiot gets on and pretends he can’t hear me. As soon as I raised my voice and started to get irrate SUDDENLY he could hear me, HE WAS ABSOLUTELY FOUL and refused to listen to me. We have been loyal customers ever since you opened the store way back in the early 00’s - WE WILL NEVER EVER ATTEND YOUR RESTAURANT AGAIN, the fact you cancelled our order despite it was already made? What a pathetic excuse and poor use of power.

Disgusting customer service and even foul behaviour as the younger (idiot I spoke to on the phone) had tried to step/flex on my husband in the store… you don’t do that to people fool! Especially PAYING customers! We will be taking our business to Boss Kebabs in Butler from now on, you can keep your nasty meathead customer service mentality to yourself!

Have been getting Kebabs every Thursday for years now. Never had a complaint. We are however, not a huge fan of the new lamb being used. Pity.

Awful! I ordered platter which was most likely chips & onion! Even 1 Star is a lot for it. NEVER back again

Service is okay but the food is below standard the meat tastes days old its oily greezy and they are extremely skint with their meat I will not be retuning its so overpriced

Not a good experience, very little meat in the kebabs and all four kebabs were wrong. Kebabs were cold although this could have been down to the uber driver. Won't be ordering again.

The Kebabs are ok but nothing special. The staff didn't appear to be happy workers. Wouldnt rush to go back again.

If i could give these jokers a minus rating it would still be too good for them.
I just uber eats from them and my order was all wrong. I done the courteous thing and called them up to inform them that they had made a mistake with my order.
After 5 mins explaining the same thing over and over. The response was if I bring the food back they will give me a different one.
I'm not sure if these yuppie clowns understand how uber eats works.

Word to the wise. Don't eat here. See how no business changes someone's attitude.

I did love this place for their meat box but after my discound card was refused twice i have not gone back to this place just because i dislike the worker that did this. To sum it up the food is good but because the worker was very rude i will not come back
