Used to be one of the best in the town but now its getting worse and worse.food quality dropped but price goes up &up.

Giving only 2 stars because i enjoyed the hotpot thoroughly.but the customer service was not great.the waitress was rather rude, went there for dinner to celebrate my hubby’s birthday.one of our friend spoke to her in chinese, but her reply was so rude.she said “i am not chinese and gave a very unpleasant look”. She should have just been more polite by replying “i am sorry i do not speak mandarin or i am sorry i do not understand mandarin” If she doesnt like to be misjudged/mistaken as being Chinese, why work in a Chinese restaurant then? Go work some place else. LOL.anyways we dine at the restaurant on the 16/11/2022,6pm.there was only one waitress working at the time, so if the owner of the restaurant is reading this, u should know who I am talking about. Teach her some manners and common etiquette of being a waitress please! Have a smile on your faces at least.common courtesy.lol

Love the spicy noodles, Ox tongue is fabulous must try, fried dumplings strongly recommend, cheap local WA beer, $10 one jug, value for money. They also popular in hot pot, must try.

Great decor in a nice open space, absolutely fantastic food and great service, definitely recommend the Bao and Peach ice tea

Good Chinese restaurant.
Went there with my friends from Hong Kong and the food was nice. Not too spicy but tasty.
Reasonable price and friendly staff.

Even though I saw a lot of bad reviews here, our family and friends had a good time here and ate some delish hot pot. The service wasn’t that bad at all. I would recommend getting the 4 flavours for the broth!

Their waitress was an impudent, she shut the toilet door and hurt my partner’s hand even without apologized.
Never again.

Very overpriced basic ingredients, poor (non-existent) customer service…But that’s just the beginning of the nightmare.

Both me and my partner had 3 days of vomiting and diarrhoea. Absolutely miserable. Go to this place if you want to experience food poisoning.

Like commenters have said below, horrible staff. The staff one of them being a manager were all well aware that we were calling for order as they glanced a few times but ignored us. One of the ladies staff with unhappy face attitude was blank, rude. Unbelievable. A person like that has no place working in customer service or a food retail outlet, how can they be trusted with customer with an attitude like that. I hope you look into this. There are plenty of people who would love to be employed and fail to secure employment and then you have people working at a place she clearly despises. You need to reconsider who you hire and keep around.

Typical hotpot with hotness type choices. Stock soup can be improved. Veggies not served fresh. Dan Dan Noodle (hand made) stands out good.

Got Food Poisioning from this place, had a 2 day vomiting bug as did my friend. Not very clean obviously and really annoyed we got so sick. Be very careful eating here!

Beef was all fat, not so flavourful soup. Accidentally ordered spicy soup and asked for it to be replace with tomato soup which they wouldn’t allow so I had to pay for the spicy soup that I didn’t even eat. Everything else was just meh

Ordered fried beef rice, waited 40minutes, received spicy beef noodles which I can’t eat due to the gluten in the noodles.

Disappointing have been before and again my partner got there meal before me and finished it before I even recieved mine a good 7 Mins after my partner finished there's.will just go to the surrounding places next time.

Unfortunately the price of a jug has risen by a dollar. However, it is worth it for the atmosphere and wonderful food.

Your table has a cooking heater into which the wait staff places a 4 pot soup holder. You have pre ordered your selection of vegetables sliced meats and accompaniments. You heat the tast supplied sliced meats verges in the boiling soup of your choice. Tasty filling and pleasant dining experience

Ordered the secret recipe hot pot on DoorDash last night and it made me ill. Don’t recommend whatsoever

Delicious hot pot! Really fresh food and quick service. A great hot pot restaurant in Northbridge. Very reasonably priced too.

Went there 3 times, food is not as good as Cannington branch. First time the soup was watery, the second time the chicken had no flavour and the third time the pork had a weird taste, not coming back again.
