I have been 4 times and have tried to persevere as I have always been happy with my hair!
I just cannot tolerate the rudeness of talking in their own language the way they continually do! It is sooooo rude!

I am SOOO happy I found this place! Will definitely be a regular from here on. All salons should have their pricing the way this salon does it! - All hair cuts comes with a hair wash & blow dry (and not one of those rip off "blow offs" you might find at Just Cuts or Salon Express), but an actual blow dry with a brush. Such a good value for money. Half of what I used to pay at Salon Express! If only I knew about this place earlier.and SUCH GREAT haircuts as well.you get a really good service:)

Heera is awesome, I don't need to explain the style i want too much like i had to do in other baber shops but she can still cut hair to my expectation. Good service and price too.

Herra is the only hairdresser I trust! She really seems to get what style I want cut everytime and styles it perfectly after! I recently got my foils for the first time and she did it amazingly. Always happy! Thank you herra!

They girls at this salon are fantastic. They always do a good job. The store is clean as well. Moreover staff is polite. Highly recommend this place.

Very consistent quality, super happy with the staff there, especially Jin. She is very kind and professional. Going to this store for a couple of years now. Reasonable prices and clean shop.

I and my 4 years daughter got haircut yesterday, wash cut dry, 2 peopel $123? ! It was crazy, that was the most expensive haircut I ever done, and my daughter's hair style is totally not want I want, I even saw the hairdresser's hand was shaking went she cut my daughter's hair!

It’s my first time getting my hair done and I LOVE what they did! Everyone is very friendly and smiling. I will definitely recommend this place. It was as easy to show a photo and the result came out the same. Kamsahamnida?

I got my permanent hair straightening done October this year and it went back to usual wavy hair in 2 wash only, I have had similar treatment for my hair previously from different salon and they stayed great, but K3G was terrible such waste of money and time.not recommended.

I am DISGUSTED at the hair styling my son received today. If I could give a ZERO review I would. He asked for a tight mens style perm, and has left the salon with a loose perm to only the side sections of his hair and was charged $130 for the pleasure of it! You have taken advantage of a 15 year old child who trusted you. DO NOT USE THIS SALON! They are useless and both myself and my husband will be at the salon for explanations and a full refund tomorrow. Shame on you.

While the salon seems ok for simple hair cuts, I DO NOT recommend balayage.
I booked a balayage for the first time and it was a complete disaster. Any attempt she was making to correct it was just making the colour worse (even left purple streaks when it was supposed to be blonde).
I will never go back after this terrible experience as I now have to pay another salon colour correction ($500+) to fix the damage.
Also, she still proceeded to charge an additional $80 just to trim my hair on top of charging full price ($400+) excluding any treatments which is standard at other salons for balayage.
Hopefully this review saves others from wasting their time and money. Pricing is not transparent at this salon.

Friendly staff and convenient location. Price is reasonable and always make booking to avoid disappointment.

Very poor quality and unprofessional service. The lady is called Jina who had the worst experience ever and poor English communition which is the hardest thing ever to speak to her and she had no idea on how to cut people's hair and not even half way cut and asked me to wash my hair. She said your hair already has layer hence no need to cut anyone and I asked her style my hair and this is why I requested a hairdresser to do my hair. She only cut back of the length and basically see you later. She mast want to go home, because it was almost 5pm but still the shop isn't close until 530pm. She should be fired and I do not recommend anyone to ask her even the entire world has no hairdresser left. She made customer such an unpleasant experience to go back and charged the full fee but cut only back length. Very disappointed and unprofessional. Her name is Jina please do not ask for her.

Very nice and kind staff, lady name Choi is very good. Have been doing my hair with her for four years now.

Went on Monday as I needed a haircut badly and my usual stylist doesn’t work Mondays. Came to try out this place for the first time keeping my fingers crossed as Ive had bad experiences with previous stylists who had no clue what they were doing. Pleasantly surprised as Gina did a perfect job for my bob cut. You could tell her technique was skillful, will definitely be back! Thank you!

The stylist didn't cut my hair the way I wanted her to and she over cut the length and layered them way too much

Poor service. They Suggested not to wash my daughters hair as she just finished swimming. I felt that because they were many people waiting in Q to get their hair done. Then they were going to charge me the price for cut and wash even though that was not done. After insisting, they removed the wash price. Also cut took about 15 mins. Nothing but a rush.

Horrible haircut experience, nothing from what I shown the lady, I look so horrid, never going back, I can't wait for my hair to grow

Great cut by GNa! It perfectly looked like the picture I requested and they showed me how to style it.turned out 100% amazing.
