I haven't been to this salon for a few years since they've opened up suburban stores but recently went back and the high level of customer service hasn't changed. I leave the store feeling clean while other salons leave a lot of cut hair all over you.

The other positive is their prices have been the same for as long as I can remember, cut, wash and style for $25 is a good deal in my opinion. Its only salon I go to now.

Would not reccomend this place at all. The haircut cost $25 but the minimum card accepted was $30. Their solution was for me to book a second appointment for another haircut so the total amounted to $50. What an absolute scam. The haircut was so poor and not worth the money. I felt as if the hairdresser learned hairdressing from practicing on her family members.

Fantastic, quick service.
I usually get complaints about how long and thick my hair is. This place washed, dried, straightened and cut my hair in 40 minutes and very affordable!

I use to be able to make last minute hair appointments but it is now more popular. I love the head massages and my hair is super sleek after two efficient hairdressers tackle it.

There is a reason why there is a long wait to get a haircut here. They are good at what they do, they are quick and the price is very competitive.

Been coming to K3G for about 10 years, Very consistent and great service. Very skilful hairstylists and good price.

Recieved a perm and it turned out great after my first wash, however I feel like the hair strands could’ve looked less frizzy and dry if they had used a Diffuser instead of a Blow Dryer to dry the hair. Overall a great shop with great members, you can easily tell that they treasure each customer with their welcoming demeanour.

Terrible service, very uninterested while cutting. She was chatting with other hairdressers the whole time while cutting. Not worth the money I paid overall.

Always busy but they can usually fit in a quick mens trim on short notice.
Not the cheapest cut but not overly expensive given that they do a very professional job.

Worst hair cut ever. Hair-dresser refuse to wash hair first when I insist. Scrubbing very hard on the head while washing. Didn't stop when I tell her to stop and burn my skin with hair-dryer. Maybe she wanna cut her customer's throat like Edward just because she's in a bad mood? LMAO
