I ordered unicorn cupcake for 4.50 each
It tasted good and the icing was good. But the lady put cup cake in a box for cake and by the time I got cake home and placed it in my serving dish. The icing decoration smudged and shape of design destroyed which was a great disappointment.
I suggest the business pay attention and get cupcake boxes to avoid unhappy customers. I put the worst damaged behind and even the front one design is smudged.

Very very poor customer service. Went to the shop to order a birthday cake for my daughter's party, the lady shows me her cake book and proceeds to help another lady with her cake order. While she is taking this lady's order, she is fully present giving her suggestions etc, spends a good 10-15 minutes doing this and even excuses herself to take other customers orders.
When she is finally free to take my order, this same lady does not give me the same courtesy of her time, just starts throwing pricing at me even though I never mentioned a budget. She is barely with me for a few seconds before heading elsewhere to do other stuff, then in passing tells me some guy will come help me. I try to tell her my 2 year old has almost reached her patience point but she doesn't bother to listen to me.

I've been waiting for a good 30 minutes and finally decide if this is the customer service at the shop I don't think I can trust to have a better experience with my cake.
If you are understaffed at least have the courtesy to talk to your customers with some respect.

We ordered a rather elaborate 5 layer solar system cake for a birthday. The presentation was immaculate, truly a beautifully put together piece of art with fantastic attention to detail. The delight didn't stop with the aesthetics however, as the quality of the cake itself was mind blowing. Each layer was perfectly baked, the textures and flavors harmonizing like a 90s boys to men song. We have found our forever cake makers

One of the best bakeries i've been to. Food is delicious and the staff are some of the friendliest bakers i've ever met. Always discounting prices by quite a bit especially towards the end of the day. The custard puffs are to die for; the custard inside is extremely well done and the perfect balance between too watery and too floury.

Ordered a birthday cake for my son's 1st birthday, and it was amazing.
Looked absolutely fantastic, matched exactly what I was after.
This was definitely the best tasting cake I have ever had! The sponge, frosting, cream, it was all delicious, can't fault any of it.
Guests all loved the cake as well, everyone said it was delicious.
From design to taste, it was all perfect.
Ordering was easy and staff were very nice and helpful with everything.

The pies, pasties and sausage rolls are out of this world here and not to mention the other takeaway meals are also scrumptious.

Awesome little bakery and beyond happy with my sons birthday cake. Very fresh and beautifully decorated exactly to our requests. Reasonably priced and lots of suggestions via the photo albums available should you be stuck for ideas. Happy to create little unique twists so your final cake is just how you imagined it. Also a really good fresh choice of produce for sale either individually or in packages. Friendly staff. I'm happy to return!

I am a bread fanatic and my priorities are: crusty outside a well developed dough that is lite and airy that just melts in your mouth. Like all good bread you need to heat it up in the oven. Pre heat oven to 150c heat the bread for 10min and you have the best Ciabatta bread in Perth

I strive to support local business. But everytime I go there to purchase (according to my needs) I get bombarded by an employee who tries to shove unwarranted food down my throat. I would like the freedom to purchase according to my need! Free of someone trying to shove product down my throat. I will go elsewhere from now on.

This is a delightful bakery. Was owned by Mother and now Son has taken over the business. Mom is still active working the counter. Staying near this place allows us to stop by often for our Goodies. I did get a cake here for my Birthday. It was more than enough to share and to enjoy the next morning with coffee. When we are back in Perth we will again stop in for our frequent Goodies. Please stop by and take a peek at their baking skills.
